1. When the centrifugal pump (pipeline pump) is installed in the inlet pipeline, the horizontal section should be slightly inclined to the direction of the water source, and should not be horizontal or upward, which will make the air gather in the water inlet pipe, and the vacuum degree of the water pipe and centrifugal pump (pipeline pump) will be reduced, so that the suction head of the centrifugal pump (pipeline pump) will be reduced, and the water output will be reduced.
2. The centrifugal pump (pipeline pump) should not have too many elbows on the inlet pipeline when installed, if there are too many elbows on the inlet pipeline, it will increase the water flow resistance and weaken the head of the pump. The elbow should be kept in the vertical direction when turning, because when turning horizontally, air will collect and reduce the vacuum level of the water pipe and centrifugal pump (pipeline pump).
3. The position of the inlet of the water inlet pipe should be kept correct, and under normal circumstances, the distance between the water inlet of the water pipe and the bottom of the pool and the pool wall needs to be less than the diameter of the water inlet. If there is sediment and other dirt at the bottom of the pool, the distance between the water inlet and the bottom of the pool should be greater than the diameter of the hole, otherwise it will cause the water inlet to be poor or suck in sediment and debris during pumping, blocking the water inlet. The inlet depth of the inlet pipe should be large enough so that it will not cause whirlpools on the water surface, affect the inlet water, and reduce the amount of water outflow.
Generally, the following installation depth should be followed: the water depth of small and medium-sized pumps shall not be less than 300 600mm, and the large pumps shall not be less than 600 1000mm.
4. The water inlet of the centrifugal pump cannot be directly connected with the elbow, and if it is directly connected with the elbow, the water flow will be unevenly distributed when entering the impeller through the elbow. When the diameter of the inlet pipe is larger than the inlet of the pump, an eccentric reducer pipe needs to be installed. The flat part of the eccentric tube should be mounted on it.
Otherwise, air will also accumulate and the amount of water produced will be reduced or pumped out. If the diameter of the water inlet pipe and the water pump inlet is equal, a straight pipe should be added between the centrifugal pump inlet and the elbow to be connected, and the length of the pipe shall not be less than 2 3 times of the diameter of the water pipe.
5. The end of the inlet pipe equipped with a foot valve should be kept vertical. If it is not kept vertical, the valve will not close on its own, which will cause water leakage. If it cannot be installed vertically due to terrain conditions, the angle between the axis of the water pipe and the horizontal plane should be more than 60°.

1. Horizontal centrifugal pump installation method and precautions.
No matter what centrifugal pump should be installed correctly before use, if the installation is not correct, it will lead to the centrifugal pump can not be used and even lead to the damage of the centrifugal pump, etc., the centrifugal pump installation procedure is shown in the centrifugal pump installation sequence diagram. The base level and elevation should be double-checked before the pump is in place. The centerline alignment and level alignment of the pump are the key in the installation process.
1. Alignment of the center line.
Centerline alignment is to align the vertical and horizontal centerline of the pump. First, the longitudinal and horizontal center lines on the top surface of the foundation are determined, and then the vertical lines are respectively hung on the inlet and outlet flange surfaces (double-suction centrifugal pumps) and the center of the shaft. Adjust the position of the pump so that the perpendicular line coincides with the vertical and horizontal center lines on the foundation.
2. Horizontal alignment.
Horizontal alignment is to align the longitudinal and transverse levels of the pump. Generally, the method of level or vertical line is used, and the single-stage centrifugal pump is measured on the pump shaft and outlet flange.
The double-suction centrifugal pump measures on the flange surface of the inlet and outlet of the water pump, and uses the method of adjusting the horn to center the bubble of the level, or makes the distance from the flange face to the perpendicular line equal or coincides with the perpendicular line. The horizontal double-suction centrifugal pump can also select 4 points that can be connected into a cross shape on the horizontal middle opening surface of the pump casing, stand the level ruler on these 4 points, read the reading of the level gauge at each point with a level, if the readings are equal, the longitudinal and horizontal levels of the pump are aligned at the same time.
3. Elevation alignment.
The elevation of the pump refers to the elevation of the axis of the pump. The purpose of elevation alignment is to check whether the elevation of the pump after installation is consistent with the design elevation, and measure it with a level and a leveling ruler. When measuring, one level is erected on the known leveling point elevation HS, and the other level is erected on the pump shaft.

The installation of centrifugal pumps needs to pay attention to the following aspects:
Installation location: The centrifugal pump should be installed in a dry, ventilated, and free environment containing corrosive gases and dust, avoiding contact with corrosive media and chemicals. The pump should be installed at a certain height above the ground for easy access and maintenance.
Foundation design: The foundation of the centrifugal pump should be designed to be firm and stable to withstand the weight and vibration of the pump. The surface of the foundation should be flat, the reed level should be known, and there should be a good drainage system.
Connection between pump and pipeline: Appropriate interface and connection method should be selected during installation to ensure that the connection between pump and pipeline is tight and reliable, and to avoid leakage and loosening. At the same time, it is also necessary to reasonably design the pipes and valves according to the flow rate and head of the pump to ensure the smooth flow and the stability of the system.
Pump alignment: When installing a centrifugal pump, the pump needs to be aligned to ensure that the gap between the rotor of the pump and the pump body is uniform. Special tools are required for centering adjustment, and should be operated in accordance with the instructions of the pump or the guidance of professional technicians.
Pre-start inspection: Before starting the centrifugal pump, it is necessary to check whether the rotation direction of the pump is correct, whether the electrical broadband connection is firm, whether there are foreign objects in the pump body, etc., to ensure that the pump can work normally and remain stable.
It should be noted that when installing a centrifugal pump, it is necessary to consider it comprehensively according to the specific pump type and installation environment, and operate in accordance with the pump instructions and relevant safety specifications to ensure the safety and normal operation of the pump.
-
1. The center line of the inlet and outlet pipes should be coaxial with the centrifugal pump, and the inclination angle of the inlet pipeline should be avoided as much as possible to reduce cavitation.
2. The diameter of the pipeline should match the diameter of the centrifugal pump as much as possible to avoid too much energy loss.
3. Under normal circumstances, control valves should be installed at the inlet and outlet to facilitate the adjustment of load and maintenance of the machine pump, and bypass valves should be installed for large pipe diameters.
4. Try to get as close as possible to the outlet of the centrifugal pump and install a check valve to prevent the pump from reversing after jumping.
5. The conveying pipeline minimizes the elbow and reduces the energy loss.
6. For steel pipes transported in the open air or overhead, a U-shaped turn should be set at certain distances to release the displacement of thermal expansion and cold contraction.

1.Make a concrete foundation according to the size of the foundation, and bury the anchor bolts at the same time. The centrifugal pump and motor should be inspected before installation, and all parts should be intact and free of debris in the pump.
2.Place the unit on the foundation, put a pair of wedge pads between the bottom plate and the foundation, and adjust the wedge pads to align the level of the centrifugal pump. After adjustment, tighten the anchor bolts. The suction and discharge pipelines of the centrifugal pump should have brackets and cannot be supported by pumps.
3.The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipelines should be the same as the inlet and outlet diameters of the pump, and the self-priming pump should be connected to the inlet pipe first, and then the outlet pipe should be connected after filling the liquid, and the steering should be corrected.
4.The inlet pipe of the pump must be matched with the pump, and the total length can not exceed 5 meters, otherwise the self-priming performance will be affected, and the self-priming height can be simply calculated according to the formula on the right: self-priming 3m medium density = actual self-priming height when clear water.
5.After the installation is completed, finally turn the coupling by hand to check whether there is any rubbing, and the installation will be completed if the rotation is easy and even.
-
This should be checked before installation, the centrifugal pump and motor should be free of impurities.

The centrifugal pump uses the rotation of the impeller to make the water centrifugal move to work. Before the pump starts, the pump casing and suction pipe must be filled with water, and then the motor is started to make the pump shaft drive the impeller and water to do high-speed rotation movement, and the water undergoes centrifugal movement, which is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller and flows into the pressurized water pipeline of the pump through the flow channel of the snail pump casing.
1. The use of centrifugal pumps:
The commissioning of the pump shall meet the following requirements:
The steering of the drive machine should be the same as that of the pump;
Identification of the steering of pipeline pumps and coaxial pumps;
There should be no loosening of each fixed connection part, and the specifications and quantity of lubricant filled with each lubrication part should comply with the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment;
The parts with pre-lubrication requirements should be pre-lubricated according to the regulations;
All indicating instruments and safety protection devices should be sensitive, accurate and reliable;
The crank should be flexible and have no abnormal phenomena;
The high-temperature pump should be preheated before the trial operation, and the temperature should rise evenly, and the temperature rise per hour should not be greater than 50; The temperature difference between the surface of the pump body and the process pipeline with the inlet of the working medium should not be greater than 40;
A connecting device to eliminate the effect of temperature rise is installed, and a bypass connection device is installed to provide a cooling water source.
2. The following points should be paid attention to when operating the centrifugal pump:
It is forbidden to run without water, do not adjust the suction inlet to reduce the displacement, and prohibit operation at too low a flow rate;
Monitor the operation process, completely prevent the leakage of the stuffing box, and use new packing when replacing the stuffing box;
Ensure that the mechanical seal has sufficient flushing water flow, and the water-cooled bearing prohibits the use of excessive water flow;
Don't use too much lubricant;
Check at the recommended period. Establish operating records, including operating hours, packing adjustments and changes, lubricant additions, and other maintenance measures and times. The suction and discharge pressure, flow rate, input power, temperature and vibration of the wash and bearing of the centrifugal pump should be measured and recorded regularly.
The main engine of the centrifugal pump relies on the atmospheric pressure to pump the water from the low place to the high place, and the atmospheric pressure can only support the water column at most, so the main engine of the centrifugal pump cannot work 12 meters away from the water surface.
A centrifugal pump is a commonly used power device to transport liquids from a low-pressure area to a high-pressure area, and is commonly used in applications such as water supply, drainage, irrigation, industrial processes, etc. Its working principle and structure are as follows: >>>More
Centrifugation is actually a manifestation of the inertia of an object, such as the water droplets on an umbrella, when the umbrella rotates slowly, the water droplets will follow the umbrella rotation, because the friction between the umbrella and the water droplets is used as a centripetal force for the water droplets. But if the umbrella rotates faster, the friction is not enough to make the water droplets move in a circle, then the water droplets will move away from the umbrella to the outer edge, just like pulling a stone with a rope to make a circular motion, if the speed is too fast, the rope will break and the stone will fly out. This is called centrifugation. >>>More
Centrifugal pumps have the most types, sizes, and variants of all pumps. Depending on the way the liquid flows into the impeller of the pump, the number of impellers, whether the pump itself can self-prime, the size and type of support force, etc. Centrifugal pumps include single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps, single-stage double-suction centrifugal pumps, multistage centrifugal pumps, self-priming centrifugal pumps, electric pumps and diesel pumps. >>>More
Unfavourable. If you don't install a bottom valve, once the pump stops, the water in the suction pipe will leak out, and you have to refill the water. From the point of view of energy saving, this is very unfavorable to energy saving, because the head loss coefficient of the foot valve is very large, and the simple point is that its resistance is very large and it consumes energy, so it is very unfavorable to energy saving. >>>More
Centrifugal pump. Causes of cavitation:
When a liquid is at a certain temperature, the pressure is reduced to the vaporization pressure at that temperature, and the liquid bubbles are formed. This phenomenon of creating bubbles is called cavitation. The bubbles produced during cavitation decrease in size and burst when they flow to high pressures. >>>More
