If there is a problem with the athlete's behavior, the first warning, the second time will start to impose a penalty of one point, and the third time will be punished with two points.

1. At the beginning of the serve, the ball is naturally placed on the palm of the hand that is not holding the clap, and the palm of the hand is open and remains stationary.

5. Once the ball is thrown, the server's non-racket arm should be immediately removed from the area between the ball and the net.

6. When the player serves, the referee or deputy referee should be allowed to see whether he serves in accordance with the provisions of the legal serve.

7. If the referee has doubts about the legitimacy of the player's serve, when it appears for the first time in a game, a heavy penalty will be awarded and the serving side will be warned.

8. Thereafter, the referee will again doubt the legitimacy of the player's or his doubles partner's serve, and will award 1 point to the receiving side.

9. Regardless of whether it is the first time or at any time, as long as the server obviously does not serve in accordance with the provisions of the legal serve, no warning is required, and the receiving party shall be awarded 1 point.

10. If an athlete is unable to strictly comply with certain regulations of legal serving due to physical injury or illness, the referee may make a decision to exempt from execution.

Candidate conditions: 1) Have more than 10 years of referee experience.

2) Have at least 5 years of experience as a first-level referee.

3) Have 2 national table tennis competitions or 4 provincial competitions.

4) Candidates under the age of 50, if they have outstanding ability and excellent performance, they can be appropriately relaxed after the recommendation of the registration unit.

5) Candidates registered by sports associations in various industries must be in-service employees of the industry.

Exam Scope and Methodology:

1) Table tennis competition rules;

2) Ability to referee on the spot;

3) Knowledge of drawing lots and arranging lots for competitions;

4) English on-the-spot referee terminology;

5) English written test (CET-6 candidates).
