The number of full-time undergraduate students in each discipline category shall not be less than 15% of the total number of full-time undergraduate students or above, and there shall be at least 2 master's degree awarding points, and the total number of ordinary undergraduate majors in the university shall be more than 20.

College: It should have more than 1 discipline as the main discipline, and its ordinary undergraduate majors should be able to cover more than 3 majors in the discipline category.

2. Scientific research level.

A school called a university should have at least two or more projects that have won the national level in the last two teaching achievement awards.

A school called a university should also meet the following criteria:

1) In the past five years, the average annual scientific research funding should reach at least 5 million yuan for schools focusing on humanities and social sciences, and at least 30 million yuan for other universities;
