How is a stone crusher made to break large stones into small, equal pieces?
Clause. First, the crusher manufacturing starts from the cover, the CNC plasma spray gun cuts the iron sheet in the water, and the water can prevent the smoke from being generated when the spray gun is cutting accurately. The steel plate moves back and forth between the two rollers, bends the steel plate to form the main body of the stone crusher, bends a little bit every time the steel plate is rotated, and finally when the two sides are closed, the steel plate forms a cylindrical shape, and is still on the roller, in fact, it is positioned and welded at both ends to maintain the shape, and then welded together completely.
Now it is ready to install the main body of the stone crusher, put it on the base with a crane and weld it with the placing motor and bearings, paint the exterior of the main body and install small accessories.

Second, the next is the internal assembly, the worker uses bolts to install the steel casting on the inner wall, when the big stone is hit everywhere in the crushing process, the strong steel casting can prevent the machine from being damaged, and the worker fixes the steel casting through the outside bolts. Now start assembling the bearings and shafts of the crusher, start with the bearings, carefully align them and start heating, the bearings will continue to expand after being heated, and when the diameter of the bearings becomes large enough, they will be put down into the shafts, and the bearings will shrink after cooling.
The spindles are tightly knit and this process takes several hours. Below, the workers heat up the opening of the bearing, let it expand, put the merged spindle and the bearing into it, and the bearing does cooling and shrinking, and fits it tightly.
Clause. 3. The other end of the spindle is also installed with a bearing and a bearing belt. Then there is the commissioning, where each housing must run for two hours so that the test machine can fully evaluate the indicators.
After passing the test, the bearing will be installed in the stone crusher, the installer drives six bolts to fix the bearing as a component, places the heated parts on the convex bearing, fixes it after cooling, and then uses two lock nuts to further fix the mechanical arm, weld the wheel on the steel plate, this is the impeller in the stone crusher, the similar turntable will be rotated to crush the large stone iron needle, the worker installs metal protection parts on the wheel, and the impeller is placed in the stone crusher and fixed in the center. Then the falling iron castings are installed, these are iron needles, which are placed in a circular shape and are used to crush large stones. Workers place the needle at an angle and fix it.
The crane puts the iron needle into the stone crusher, assembles it around the impeller and puts a lid on the stone crusher, and the worker puts the mark with brand information on the outside of the stone crusher. Once the motor is installed, the crusher is ready to start crushing the stones.
