1.First, cut the cleaned lemon into thin slices and place it in a small pot. The size of the pot is prepared according to the number of family members. We have three people in our family, so we use small pots.
2.Then add 20g of prepared black tea to the pot, and then add an appropriate amount of tap water (mineral water can be added at home).
3.Place a pot filled with water on the stovetop, add 100g of prepared rock sugar, then bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for another 30 minutes.
4.Allow the boiled iced tea to cool naturally, then strain through a strainer and pour into a container. Do not discard the filtered residue, you can cook it 5-6 times repeatedly, and add rock sugar. Finally, we put it in the fridge and then we can have a nice drink.
