Article 48.

In the process of operation, employees shall strictly abide by the safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures of their units, obey management, and correctly wear and use labor protection equipment.

Article 50. Employees shall receive education and training on production safety, master the knowledge of production safety required for their own work, improve their production safety skills, and enhance their ability to prevent accidents and deal with emergencies.

Article 51.

Article 52.

The trade union has the right to supervise and put forward opinions on the design, construction, production and use of the safety facilities of the construction project and the main project at the same time.
