just reading "the ransom of red chief" ,the story is very funny with black humor，like the chinese saying “go for wool and come home shorn”. it makes me a movie named " home alone "。

I just read the Red Chief's ransom, the story is very interesting and full of black humor.

As the proverb goes, "Stealing a chicken is not a recipe for rice". Reminds me of a movie "Home Alone."

the story described two poor men bill and sam need money. they kidnapped a son of the richest man in the summit town. unfortunately, they met a most naughty boy in the world, and then fell into the nightmare.

the end of story made people feel ironical. since the naughty boy teased them and almost made bill mad. at last, they can't bear the boy, and pay ebenezer dorset(the boy's father) two hundred and fifty dollars and get his son back.

The story follows two destitute people, Bill and Sam, who are short of money, so they tie up the jujube pie and the son of the richest man in Summit Town, who unfortunately meets the most naughty boy in the world, and then falls into a sedan nightmare.

The end of the story is ridiculous. Because this naughty kid teased them, it almost drove Bill crazy. In the end, they couldn't take it anymore and paid Ebenezer Dorset (the boy's father) $250 and sent his son back.
