1) The plasticizing capacity of the injection molding machine is small.
When the quality of the product exceeds the actual maximum injection mass of the injection molding machine, it is obvious that the supply volume is beyond the means. If the quality of the product is close to the actual injection quality of the injection molding machine, there is a problem that the plasticization is not sufficient, and the heating time of the material in the barrel is insufficient, and the result is that the appropriate melt cannot be provided to the mold in time. This situation can only be solved by replacing the injection molding machine with a large capacity.
Some plastics such as nylon (especially nylon 66) have a narrow melting range and large specific heat, and need to use an injection molding machine with a large plasticizing capacity to ensure the quality of the material.
2) The temperature displayed by the thermometer is not real, and the material temperature is too low.
This is due to the failure of temperature control devices such as thermocouples and their wiring or thermometer, or due to the aging or burning of the heating ring far from the temperature measurement point, and the heating failure has not been discovered or repaired and replaced in time.
3) The diameter of the inner hole of the nozzle is too large or too small.
If it is too small, due to the small flow diameter and the increase of the specific volume of the strip, it is easy to cool, block the feeding channel or consume the injection pressure; If it is too large, the cross-sectional area of the circulation is large, and the pressure per unit area of the plastic mold is low, resulting in a situation of small shooting force. At the same time, non-Newtonian envy plastics such as ABS cannot reduce the viscosity because they do not obtain large shear heat, resulting in difficulty in mold filling. The nozzle and the sprue inlet are poorly matched, and the phenomenon of overflowing material outside the mold and unsatisfactory filling in the mold often occurs.
The nozzle itself has great flow resistance or is blocked by foreign matter, plastic carbonized deposits, etc.; The spherical surface of the nozzle or sprue entrance is damaged and deformed, which affects the good cooperation with the other party; The mechanical failure or deviation of the injection seat causes the nozzle to have a tilt displacement or an axial compression surface detachment from the sprue axis; The spherical diameter of the nozzle is larger than that of the sprue inlet, and the gradual increase of the axial pushing force of the nozzle under the overflow squeeze will cause the product slag to be dissatisfied.
