It is recommended that you click Start - Program - Rising Personal Firewall - Repair, and remove the checkmark that retains the user profile during the repair process, and see if there is still a problem after repair.

Please add the browser to the trust option of Rising and set it in the settings to surf the Internet.

It was blocked by the Rising Firewall. You can whitelist them on Rising Firewall.

Generally, when Rising needs to be repaired, it can't go online, so you try to repair Rising to see.

If you install the Rising suit, you can't access the Internet, then it may be that you set the security level of the Rising Firewall too high, set it to a low level, if you install the suit, without a firewall, then you can't access the Internet should not be Rising's problem, it may be that there is a problem with your browser.

What does it mean? If you install Rising, you can't get on the Internet? Adjust the security level of the firewall to medium. If you install Rising full-featured, adjust the network security level to medium on the main interface.

If there is an abnormality in the computer network access after installing the Rising full-featured software, please follow the following prompts:

Step 1: Open the Rising full-featured software and turn off [Network Monitoring] (in the [Rising Status] column at the bottom left of the main interface of the Rising full-featured software). Then test whether the access network is normal.

If the network access is still abnormal after the network monitoring is disabled, this problem is not related to the full-featured software of Rising and you are requested to check the network environment. Otherwise, please proceed to the next step.

1) On the main interface of Rising full-featured software, click [Access Control] - [Program Rules];

2) Find the program that needs to access the network, double-click to open it, and set [General Mode] to "Release" in the pop-up "Application Access Rule Settings" window;

You can set the default security level of the Rising Firewall to Medium.

That could be a problem with your network settings.

Are you using a router to surf the Internet? LAN Community Broadband (including the school's campus network)? Or ADSL Broadband?

In the case of the first two, in the network settings, select "Access to the network via LAN or direct connection", and in the case of ADSL broadband, select "Use dial-up network connection".
