Yu Shuhong, born in Lujiang, Anhui Province in August 1967, is currently the Executive Director of the Nanomaterials and Chemistry Research Department of the Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Sciences at the Microscale1, the Deputy Dean of the School of Chemistry and Materials Science of the University of Science and Technology of China (in charge of scientific research), the Dean of the School of Chemical Engineering of Hefei University of Technology, the Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the Institute, and the person in charge of the doctoral program in inorganic chemistry, a national key discipline, and the vice chairman of the CPPCC of Baohe District, Hefei2. He is a special reviewer of the RSC Journal of the Royal Society of Chemistry, Wiley VCH of Germany, the American Chemical Society, Elsevier and other international journals. He is a member of the editorial board of the international journal Current Nanoscience (2005-), the editorial board of the Journal of Inorganic Chemistry (2005-), and the editorial board of Chemical Science and Technology (2004-).
