Yu Shuhong, born in Lujiang, Anhui Province in August 1967, is currently the Executive Director of the Nanomaterials and Chemistry Research Department of the Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Sciences at the Microscale1, the Deputy Dean of the School of Chemistry and Materials Science of the University of Science and Technology of China (in charge of scientific research), the Dean of the School of Chemical Engineering of Hefei University of Technology, the Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the Institute, and the person in charge of the doctoral program in inorganic chemistry, a national key discipline, and the vice chairman of the CPPCC of Baohe District, Hefei2. He is a special reviewer of the RSC Journal of the Royal Society of Chemistry, Wiley VCH of Germany, the American Chemical Society, Elsevier and other international journals. He is a member of the editorial board of the international journal Current Nanoscience (2005-), the editorial board of the Journal of Inorganic Chemistry (2005-), and the editorial board of Chemical Science and Technology (2004-).

Leader of the Chinese Academy of Sciences-Max Planck Society Partnership Group, Principal of the "Nanostructured Component Materials" project (2005-).

3) Template-induced synthesis and assembly of multifunctional nanomaterials in the form of a tanwheel;

4) Preparation, properties and assembly functions of new inorganic-organic hybrid materials;

5) Preparation and energy storage of new carbon materials for energy and environmental applications;

6) Modulation of optical, electrical and magnetic properties (photoelectric and photothermal conversion, photocatalysis, etc.) and nano-catalytic effect of nanomaterials.

He is committed to academic research in the direction of modern Chinese literature and aesthetics, new poetry aesthetics, and Taiwan-Hong Kong literature. He has published eight academic monographs and co-authored two
