Now it is very difficult to migrate the hukou, and some cities do not allow the hukou to be migrated, so it is not easy to move the hukou. But the moment when I moved my hukou out was particularly rewarding.
-
This feels actually quite weird, because the relationship between buying a house and the hukou has also migrated, but to be honest, I don't feel that I have become a person in the place of migration, and I don't have a sense of integration, because there are no relatives and friends around me.
-
I feel that I no longer have the identity of this city, I want to go to a new city to live with a new identity, my home has changed, and I am very reluctant to go to the original hukou.
-
It's really not easy, it takes more than a month to get the formalities alone, and you have to approve the document and the certificate from the village before you get it, and it's really exhausting because of a hukou.
-
Special trouble. It takes a lot of procedures and certificates, and it is very fast to be able to move the hukou to another place in a month or two, and some places still need to spend a lot of money.
-
Moving the hukou is just one word, tired. My mother-in-law and I really ran all over the homes of the county leaders for a broken household registration, and it was really unreliable for those leaders, and they were in trouble.
-
At that time, when I moved my hukou, I really went through a lot of hardships to move my hukou back to my hometown, which was really not easy. In order to run the formalities, I really broke my leg.
-
The speed of handling is really very slow, for many months, many documents and procedures have to be prepared by themselves, go to the handling office during the day, and go to the village chief's house at night to plead and say good things.
-
It is relatively simple to move from rural to urban areas, but it is difficult to return to the countryside from the city.
-
It is really too difficult to migrate half of the hukou, and it took more than 10,000 yuan to get the hukou out of my hometown for the cost of 5000+ and the letter of certification, which is too difficult.

Legal Analysis: Hukou relocation is the principle of household registration in China's household registration system to implement the principle of household registration at the place of habitual residence. After a citizen's habitual residence changes, he or she should move his or her household registration to his or her current place of residence, i.e., transfer his or her household registration.
China's hukou migration policy covers a wide range of groups, including cadres, employees and their families, students, military personnel and their families.
Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Household Registration Article 10 If a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of his or her household registration, he or the head of the household shall report to the household registration authority for moving out of the household registration before moving out, obtain the migration certificate, and cancel the household registration.
Citizens moving from rural areas to urban areas must apply to the household registration authorities of their permanent residence for moving out with a certificate of employment from the urban labor department, a certificate of admission to a school, or a certificate of permission to move in from the urban household registration authority.
Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the county where they habitually reside, Shuye City, or the municipal district.

5 fans. Hukou migration procedures.
03-10 21:01Legal representative.
Concern. I started the household registration relocation procedures in May 2020, and I didn't get it for a long time after the intermediate permit was completed, so it was not done until August, and normally it can be done in about a month.
In fact, the state has implemented a lot of measures to facilitate and streamline administration, and the whole process basically does not take much time and energy.
First of all, let's talk about the migration background, originally a rural hukou, when I went to college, I stupidly moved my hukou to school, and then I graduated and went to work to bring it to the company's collective household, and after leaving the original company, I changed jobs in other places and moved my hukou back to the address where I bought a house in my hometown.
Prerequisites: collective household registration, inter-provincial migration, and house purchase.
1. To apply for a permit at the household registration police station of the place where you move in, you need the following information: 1. The original and a copy of the ID card; 2. The original and a copy of the household registration book (only a copy of the first page of the household registration book and your own original copy are required for the collective household registration); 3. Certificate of residence (issued by the neighborhood committee of the place of residence); 4. The purchase contract and a copy (the actual situation in each place is different, the requirements may be different, my community because the overall real estate certificate has not come down, as long as I buy the contract, the first 9 pages were copied when handling). After the above information is ready, take it to the household registration police station to the corresponding household registration police, and then check that it is correct, and they will help you submit the information, and you don't have to worry about anything else, waiting for you to be notified to get the permit for relocation (generally very fast, some can be handled on the spot, and some are three or five working days).
2. After getting the permit to relocate, go to the place where the original household registration is located to apply for the household relocation certificate, and the following materials are required: 1. Original ID card; 2. The original household registration book; 3. The relocation permit obtained in the first step. The information is complete and correct, and it can be completed on the spot, and the original household registration book and the permit for relocation will be collected, and then you will be given a household registration migration certificate.
3. After obtaining the household registration relocation certificate, go to the place where you move in to apply for a new household registration book and a new ID card. Required information: 1. Original ID card; 2. Original Hukou Migration Certificate; 3. The second-generation ID card ** receipt and a one-inch white background**.
After the information is complete, go to the corresponding window of the household registration police station to handle it, and the time is a little longer, about half an hour.
The above three steps, the first.
The first and second steps can be done without going to the principal, as long as the information is complete, there is no problem, and the third step must go in person, because the fingerprints need to be entered for the new ID card. (PS: If your current ID card has not expired, you can continue to use it and will not take it back, that is, you have two ID cards at the same time).
Of course, the policy requirements of various places may be slightly different, and there will be differences in the handling process and information requirements.

Transferring your hukou is to move your hukou to another city or to another family member's hukou.
The Buddha said: When you are proud, you should look down, and when you are disappointed, you should look away. There are many things in life that can be let go.
Only if you can put it down, can you afford it. Try to simplify your life, and you will find that those blocked scenery are the most suitable life. Don't be too attached to it and put a heavy burden on your back.
Do I need to change my household registration when I get married? No, you don't. China's law does not stipulate that after marriage, the woman's or man's household registration must be moved to the other party's household registration. >>>More
