3. Delivery method, time and place.

The seller shall deliver the goods within one day after the signing of this contract, and the buyer shall pick up the goods at the location of the seller's company and deliver the goods on the spot.

Fourth, acceptance. After the arrival of the goods, the seller shall complete the installation and commissioning of the goods, and the buyer shall inspect the variety, quality, model and quantity of the goods. After the goods are accepted and shipped away by the buyer, the seller shall not be liable for the inconsistency between the variety, model and quantity of the goods and the provisions of the contract.

5. Payment of goods.

The buyer's first order price (capitalized): 30% of the purchase price (i.e. RMB: ** round).

Sixth, after-sales service.

The goods referred to in this contract shall be guaranteed free of charge within three years from the date of acceptance, and the specific implementation measures are shown in the product warranty card; If the hardware itself fails, free door-to-door service; If the operating system crashes or is attacked by viruses and Trojan horses and man-made damage, on-site service is required, and the seller charges a certain service fee; Repair is free of charge.

7. Liability for breach of contract.

If the buyer refuses to accept the goods without justifiable reasons, the seller has the right to recourse if the refusal to accept the goods causes losses to the seller. If the buyer is late in payment, the buyer shall pay the seller a late fee of 10% of the total amount owed by the seller for each day; If the variety, model, quantity and quality of the goods delivered by the seller at the time of delivery do not meet the standards stipulated in the contract, the buyer has the right to refuse to accept them; The seller fails to perform the relevant obligations of after-sales service, causing losses to the buyer, and the buyer has the right to recourse.

8. Dispute Resolution.

Litigation arising from disputes arising from this contract shall be accepted by the people's court at the place where the contract is signed.

9. The contract comes into effect.

8.Entering into force of the contract and others.
