Class 1 Registered Architect Requirements:
1.Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply to take the first-class registered architect examination:
Obtain a master's degree or above in architecture or a doctorate degree in engineering in a similar major, and have been engaged in architectural design or related business for more than 2 years;

does not meet the conditions specified in the first four items, but has outstanding design achievements, and has been recognized by the National Registered Architects Management Committee as reaching the professional level specified in the first four items;
2.Those who have passed the examination of registered architects, obtained the corresponding registered architect qualifications, and met the continuing education standards can apply for registration;
3.In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted:
does not have full capacity for civil conduct;
As a result of receiving a criminal punishment, less than 5 years have elapsed from the date of completion of the criminal punishment to the date of application for registration;
Receiving an administrative punishment or dismissal or higher administrative sanction for making mistakes in architectural design or related business, and less than 2 years have elapsed from the date of the penalty or sanction decision to the date of application for registration;
Other circumstances in which laws and regulations provide for non-registration.

Application Procedure:1The applicant shall submit an application to the construction administrative department of the province, municipality, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where the industrial and commercial registration of the unit is located through the employing unit;
2.The people's construction administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall conduct a preliminary examination of the relevant materials for registration, put forward preliminary opinions, and report the preliminary opinions and all application materials to the Ministry of Construction;
