3. Those who have purchased a house and have a stable life.
Those who buy a house in the urban area, as well as build a private house or have a stable life at the same time for other reasons, and request to move the household registration, with the "real estate certificate", the household registration certificate of the relocated person and the proof of the community where the house is located agrees to receive the household and the proof of living (including business license, salary slip of the unit's verification seal, etc.) to the police station where the household registration is located, and the police station investigates and verifies, and after the sub-bureau reviews and reports, the household affairs section of the municipal bureau will be issued with the "household registration permit".
