1. Multi-page setting.
First of all, please open the document you need to make a booklet in Word, after completing the document, formatting, etc., switch to the "Page Layout" tab, click the oblique arrow in the lower right corner of the "Page Setup" area, open the "Page Setup" "Margins" dialog box, and select "Book Fold" in the "Multi-page" drop-down list box in the "Page Number Range" area, you can display the effect of book folds in the print preview.
2. Select Paper.
Switch to the "Paper" tab, here you should choose the appropriate paper according to the size of the booklet, if you are going to make a 32-carat booklet, then you should choose "16-carat", if you are going to make an A5 booklet, then you should choose "A4", and so on.
3. Printing and sorting.
The next step is not simple, if the printer comes with a duplex printing module, then direct printing is done. If the printer does not come with a double-sided printing unit, then you need to open the "Print" dialog box, here check the "manual double-sided printing" checkbox, there will be a corresponding prompt after confirming, you need to turn over the paper printed for the first time and then put it back, after confirming again, Word will automatically print in the order of the first and last page, the third page and the third to last page, if the total number of pages of the booklet happens to be an odd number of pages, then Word will use the blank page to automatically complete.
-
First, set the page, click the menu [File], [Page Settings], open the [Paper] tab, set the paper size to 64 or select "Custom", enter the paper length, bandwidth, and then select "Books", and finally start the file.
-
Take A4 paper as an example: first of all, the document page should be complete (if there is a blank page, a blank page should be inserted), the page should be set to A3 paper, and then the book fold should be set, and finally the upper and lower margins should be reversed.
-
The first thing to do is to decide what type of fold-out booklet you want to make, the sleeve fold-out booklet is very flexible, it consists of a sleeve and a few individual promotional cards. So you might as well start with these aspects.
About fonts. Use only one or two fonts. Generally speaking, we use two fonts, one for the title and one for the text inside. However, you should note that when the information involved in the text changes, the font size and style can also be considered to change accordingly.
But don't change aimlessly.
About the color aspect.
Colors convey seven emotions and six desires. You need to identify the main scent in the design – in this design, the scent we want to convey is tranquility and freshness. We take the color from **, and then determine the other matching colors based on this color. Hope it helps!

-
Use the "Book Fold" function to set it appropriately.
1. The so-called book folding is that Word automatically adjusts the order of the printed pages according to the album order, so that the bound page number order is continuous. For example, an 8-page word document is printed on 2 sheets of paper, and each sheet will have 2 pages on the front and 2 pages on the reverse. Judging from the page number order, the front of the first sheet is the page, the back side is the page, the front side of the second sheet is the page, and the reverse side is the page, and it will be the correct order of 1-8 after binding.
Second, the setting method is as follows:
1.Click on "Page Setup" to open the "Margins" tab.
-
1. Printer Properties:
2. Layout - booklet - left binding.
3. Select "Horizontal" for basic - direction, and flip the short side for double-sided printing.
-
There is one of the easiest and dumbest ways to understand, and it doesn't need to be too deliberately typeset. There is no need to calculate page numbers.
Principle: insert one page before the first page, two pages per page, print on the front and back, fold a single page in half, and bind the gutter.
In the first step, put the last page of each sheet on the first page (if it is a multiple of four), if it is not a multiple of four, insert a blank page before the first page.
The second step is that the page is horizontal, with two pages per page.
The third step is to print on the front and back sides.
Step 4, get the last page on the left and the first page on the right. All the papers are folded in half separately and stacked together.
In the fifth step, wrap the first sheet of paper in all the folded pages and bind the gutter.
-
Word will do.
In the page setup, select "Book Fold" in the Margins tab, Page Number Range, "Multi-Pages".
The so-called book folding, for example, an 8-page word document, printed on 2 sheets of paper, each page has 4 pages, in terms of page numbering, that is, the front of the first sheet is 1,8 pages, the reverse side is 2,7 pages, the second front is 3,6 pages, and the reverse side is 4,5 pages.
-
1. Print settings, set the number of editions per page 2 editions, select A4 for paper scaling, select horizontal 2 for paper, enter the front for the first time in the number of printed pages: 1,8,3,63, take out the paper, change the face, and enter the reverse side for the second time in the number of printed pages: 2,7,4,5 so you can.
Printing with word is cumbersome.

Use Microsoft Publisher now! The Pro version from 2007 onwards is available.

Since only Landscape can be selected for the paper orientation when using the Book Foldout page setting, the user should select a paper type that is twice the size of the book. For example, if the book is in A4 format, you should choose A3 paper; If the book is B5 negative, you should choose B4 format.

Set up a two-page display first, and then enter the content! It's very simple, it's the margins, and you need to try to adjust them.
-
There is a way to make the content of the page shrink as the page gets smaller and smaller at the same time. For normal typography, you can select "Two Plates on Each Side" in the dialog box when printing. (Of course, it is the premise that you want to choose one side) just don't understand why you have to play one side and then fold it, isn't it more convenient and energy-saving to play double side?
-
Before adding a printer, first find the driver of the network printer and install it on the machine, because you will need this driver later, and you can delete the printer you just installed after installing the driver.
