    Maybe you do have depression, even if it's mild, to have such thoughts, but I really despise people like you.

    You feel redundant, you feel that life is meaningless, you feel that you are not happy at all, and then you push yourself more and more into such a situation, because you pity yourself, you feel that your situation is too sad, so you feel self-pity all the time. And in order to make you feel more self-pitying, you will feel more and more uncomfortable, and feel more and more pitiful.

    Is it really redundant, or do you think it's redundant yourself? Is it true that no one understands you, or do you not want people to understand you in the first place?

    There is indeed darkness in society, does everyone commit suicide?

    What's more, if you want to have a wedding, is it very fulfilling to turn the wedding into a funeral, and is it a very ingenious way to die? Have you ever wondered what will happen to your parents and what will happen to the groom?

    You are immersed in self-pity, magnifying a little bit of your emotions to infinity, shifting all the blame to others without considering their feelings at all.

    And you feel that others are sorry for you, and you cling to this point and never forget it, and then it becomes a reason to indulge yourself, even if you are miserable, it is not sympathetic.

    In any case, it is never forgivable for a person to fall for some reason, and the more unloved he is, the more he must love himself.

    Hello sxllmc1988, seeing your problem, I am very worried about you, anxious for you, I don't know how to help you, after thinking twice, I still muster up the courage to say the following words to you.

    People will die, so why be in such a hurry. To be alive is to find a way to make yourself happy. If you don't know how to make yourself happy, just ask someone, and you don't have to be a counselor.

    Because there are indeed psychological counselors who are ignorant and incompetent, they are not as good as an aunt who sells vegetables on the side of the road. But there are also qualified ones who are full of love and wisdom.

    You mentioned that you have always thought of yourself as a superfluous person, that society is so dark that I can't continue, and that life makes me feel meaningless. You mentioned that these ideas are what you think, but what you think is not necessarily right, and it may only be part of the reality. Think about it, there must have been someone who needed you to put it, who loved you.

    There is darkness in this world because there is light, don't just see darkness. You mentioned that a wedding might also be a funeral. This leads me to wonder if the cause of your problem is related to free love, parental wishes.

    If it's as I guess, I want to say to you, happiness is earned on your own, be strong, don't give up easily.

    I hope my words are helpful to you.

    sxllmc1988 Hello friends!

    Your problem can only be solved through psychology, it's not that the counselor can't help you, but you haven't found a counselor who can really help you! As long as you have the will to come out, there is always hope! Best wishes!

    Heart Sutra Cloud: "There is no vision, and even the unconscious world." ”

    The horizon refers to the material world, which refers to all things that have a form and appearance, and the material world is also called the material phase;

    The realm of consciousness refers to our consciousness, thoughts, and distinctions, including the so-called low-dimensional and high-dimensional, low-dimensional and high-dimensional, and the realm of consciousness is also known as consciousness.

    Not only the Heart Sutra, but also the core of all Buddhism, is that the source and essence of the material and conscious realms are emptiness.

    The most important characteristic of the material world and the consciousness world is impermanence, change, birth and death. Emptiness, on the other hand, is unborn and imperishable, impure, non-increasing or decreasing, non-coming and going, self-sufficient, unshakable, self-pure, and capable of generating ten thousand dharmas.

    Buddhism believes that not only is the essence of afflictions emptiness, but also the essence of happiness, so the enlightened person neither rejects nor pursues happiness, and both afflictions and happiness are conscious, impermanent, and unattainable.

    Not only is the ontology of feeling bad emptiness, but the ontology of feeling good is also emptiness, so the enlightened person neither rejects feeling bad nor pursues feeling good, and both feeling bad and feeling good are aspects of consciousness, impermanence, and neither can be attained.

    Not only is the essence of scarcity emptiness, but the essence of abundance is also emptiness, so the enlightened person neither rejects scarcity nor pursues abundance, and both scarcity and abundance are conscious phases, both are impermanent, and neither can be attained.

    Not only is the low-energy essence emptiness, but the high-energy essence is also emptiness, so the enlightened person will neither reject the lower energy nor pursue the higher energy, and both the low energy and the high energy are both conscious phases, both are impermanent, and neither can be attained.

    Not only is the low-dimensional ontology emptiness, but the high-dimensional ontology is also emptiness, so the enlightened person will neither reject the lower dimensions nor pursue the higher dimensions, and both the lower and higher dimensions are conscious phases, both are impermanent, and neither can be attained.

    Not only is the essence of restlessness emptiness, but the essence of tranquility is also emptiness, so the enlightened person will neither reject restlessness nor pursue quietness, and both restlessness and tranquility are conscious phases, both are impermanent, and neither can be attained.

    Not only is the essence of bondage emptiness, but the essence of freedom is also emptiness, so the enlightened person will neither reject bondage nor pursue freedom, and both bondage and freedom are conscious, impermanent, and unattainable.

    It includes suffering and happiness, lower and higher dimensions, realms, functions and supernatural powers, awakening and disorientation, wisdom and foolishness, ordinary people and Buddhahood, heaven and hell.

    All of these are the realm of consciousness, all of them are the aspects of consciousness, they are all the impermanence of the dualistic world, and their ontology is emptiness, after all, there is nothing to lose, after all, there is nothing to gain.

    As the Heart Sutra says: "There is no ignorance and no end of ignorance, there is no suffering to gather and destroy the Tao, and there is no wisdom and no gain." ”

    Therefore, only when we realize emptiness and see the emptiness of the aggregates can we be completely freed from the opposition of the dualistic world, and "stay away from upside-down dreams and attain nirvana."

    There is no such thing as "liberation" because there is no bondage.

    Everything is like a dream bubble!

    But when we sink into the illusion, we think that there is bondage, so the Buddhas say that there is "liberation."

    Since it is said that there is liberation, then what is liberation?

    To put it simply, liberation is not being caught!

    When pain arises, it is not grasped by pain, and when happiness arises, it is not grasped by pleasure;

    Don't be caught by not being bitter when you get up!

    Don't be caught by greed when greed arises, don't be caught by hatred when hatred arises, and don't be caught by ignorance at all times!

    The eyes are not caught by color, the ears are not caught by sound, the nose is not caught by incense, the tongue is not caught by taste, the body is not caught by touch, and the mind is not caught by the law.

    If the mind is not caught by all things, it is liberated!

    When pain arises, be alert to yourself: "Don't be caught by the pain!" ”

    When happiness arises, be alert to yourself: "Don't be caught by pleasure!" ”

    When troubles arise, be alert: "Don't get caught by them!" ”

    Beware of the rising light of the mind, be alert to yourself: "Don't be caught by the light of the mind!" ”

    Don't be caught by old age, sickness, death, don't be caught by sorrow, sorrow, suffering, don't be caught by compassion and joy, don't be caught by happiness and self-purity, don't be caught by all realms!

    The mind is not caught by all the minds and hearts, and that is liberation!

    The liberated one, worry-free, sad, miserable, sorrowful, annoying!

    The liberated are tied to nothing;

    The liberated one, the mind is not hindered!

    Practice the ability not to get caught, that's the journey to liberation!

    Those who are liberated have no knots to untie and no bonds to untie!

    Train yourself not to get caught-

    You are liberated!

    In this way, it is liberating to hear and do!

    After liberation, we will stay in the playground, the game will continue to play, the good show will continue to act, and the dream will continue to be done, but all the quality is different, because we have seen through the falsehood of the dream, not for the success or failure of right and wrong, the light and shadow of grievances and hatred are dizzy, but only awake and aware, so that we can enjoy the fun of the game in this life drama and dream, and become a super player in the playground!

    Freedom and happiness are boundless!!
