The year 2016 marks the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army's Long March. At 8 o'clock in the evening of September 1st, my parents and I broadcast a large-scale public welfare program "The First Lesson of School" on the comprehensive channel of **TV station, with the theme of "The Banner of the Ancestors" and the "Spirit of the Long March", telling us the story of the Red Army's Long March. The program is divided into four classes: "Unswerving Faith, Courage, Perseverance, and Perseverance", in which the host of the program, Sa Beining, Dong Qing, and He Jiong, will lead the students to listen to the story of the Long March, learn the spirit of the Long March, and find the combination of the Long March and the present while showing the spirit of the Long March, so as to enlighten and guide young people with values.

This year's "First Lesson" also invited a number of veterans who had experienced the Long March, and their average age was over 100 years old. In the revolutionary years, it was they who stepped out of the Long March with their own feet and composed the spirit of the Long March with their own will.

Every veteran Red Army who told the story, faltered and came to the stage with the support of his relatives to tell the children's shoes about the great deeds of the Long March, and the indomitable and powerful belief wrapped in the old back.

What touched me the most in the program was that all the participants stood up and sang the national anthem together, and watched the five-star red flag slowly rise to the top, opening the ceremony of inheriting the spirit of the Long March.
