One day, a seventy-year-old woman came home and walked the wrong way, walked and walked, and finally came to the mouth of a mountain cliff, she did not dare to go forward, turned around and accidentally fell down the steep cliff, fell halfway up the mountain, just happened to grab a tree, began to shout for help, at this time many people came, were trying to find a way to save their lives, the monks recited prayers for him, wishing her to die in the Elysium and left; The good Samaritan shed tears and left the place, and the old woman begged them not to give up on her, but in the end no one paid attention to her.

At this time, a well-known local wicked man appeared in front of her, and when the wicked man saw someone halfway up the mountain calling for help, he thought, "If she is my mother."

What should I do? What would I do if she were me? From the beginning, I tried to find a way to save the old woman.

He thought of many ways and finally rescued her, and the old woman thought that he was a bodhisattva, the kindest and best man in the world; Others think he's the most heinous bad guy in the world, the devil.

So good people and bad people are relative, so good intentions and bad intentions, good things and bad things, and so on, are all relative, so relative things cannot be taken as absolute, otherwise we will be attached and suffering. People who are good to you are not necessarily good to others, so you should not blindly praise others; People who treat you badly don't necessarily treat others badly, so don't be narrow-minded and speak ill of others.

It is a virtue to praise a good man, but not to praise too much, he will give rise to arrogance; Judging the bad guy is a kind of education, and you can't judge too much, and he will generate anger.

There is no Amitabha Buddha in the south.

In the eyes of the Buddha there is no good or bad, good or evil. It's all karma!

Buddhism opens up the wisdom inherent in human nature. Good and evil arise from the separation of opposites. Without this, it is not a standard to come up with any of them.

The mind is delusional, compared to the appearance, clinging to the fake, and greedy, because of greed for evil, the mind is obsessed, all the bitterness and disgust, all from the heart greed, the heart is not greedy for the body, nor greedy for things, in order to become a Buddha, return to the essence, self-proof of supernatural powers, if not, clinging to the false form, will definitely die, and then die again. until he repents and knows that everything is false. Fang Ming Truth.

It seems that there is no classic that specifically states that being struck by lightning is a bad person, but everything has its cause and effect. But cause and effect can't be messed up. Good causes good effects, evil causes evil retribution, and everything has its antecedents and consequences.

But not necessarily as we see it. For example, there was a celestial being who was supposed to fall into the donkey's womb after death, but because he took refuge in the Three Jewels, he was saved from the suffering of the evil path by taking refuge in the merits of the Three Jewels. So, in terms of appearance, it became, this donkey went crazy, knocked over the master's things, was beaten, and slipped the tire, that is, the donkey fetus died.

From our point of view, it seems that the stillborn is very pitiful, but in fact, it is the heavenly beings who are free from the suffering of the evil path and return to heaven to be heavenly beings, so it is difficult for us ordinary people to see what is going on, so we can only say that we try not to create evil as much as possible, try to create good, no matter what realm we encounter, try not to think about evil, do not think about the bad, think about the good in everything, so that life can also live freely and happily.

Cause and effect are intricate, not as simple as one-to-one, so if you don't understand it, as long as you believe that good will be rewarded, it's fine. Sometimes it may seem like a bad thing, but in fact, it may be a good thing, and it's important to stay kind.

Sow good causes, reap good results; Sow evil causes, reap evil results. This is the most fundamental view of Buddhism on "good and evil".
