The Four Noble Truths: Suffering Gathers and Destroys the Path. That is, knowing that the world is suffering, and that suffering is caused by various causes is the method of karma, that is, that there is a way to eliminate suffering, that is, to remove the causes that form suffering, and that knowing the way to eliminate suffering is the way to eliminate suffering.
Wide-opening can become 37 products, and the road is the Eightfold Path: that is, right view, right thinking, right speech, right karma, right life, right diligence, right thought, and right determination.
Practicing according to the 37 qualities, there is no doubt about liberation in this life; If karma cannot be liberated, the causes of liberation will inevitably be planted, and at most in seven lifetimes it will be liberated.
I wish the Dharma to be full of joy.

The essence of Buddhism is to know your true self. Who are you? Where are you now?
How did you get here? Where were you supposed to be? In the afterlife**?
If this question is clear, the true meaning will be half found. This is called "seeing through", that is, "enlightenment". All that remains is "letting go," that is, "preaching."
