May 10 --- August 10 B work.

You can write it as January 10 --- August 10 A work.

August 10 --- September 10 C work.

The last job you write about should be authentic, as some companies will ask you to show proof of resignation.

If you want to be honest, then say that you are starting your own business, such as opening your own store and doing sales, and the company can't figure out what you're doing.
