Method 1: Water absorption method.

How to operate: Find a thick towel or wide cloth strip with good water absorption, put one end of it in a pot with water, and press the other end on the ground of the pot, so that the water will slowly penetrate upward, so that the water will seep into the pot and keep it moist. The pot and the pot are next to each other, and it is important to remember that the pot must be lower than the height of the pot.

Note: If you are out for a long time, you should put more water in the basin.

Choose between cotton strips and towels depending on the plant's water-loving situation.

Method 2: Potting method.

Place the ribbon pot in another large pot and place moist sand between the walls of the two pots. This is to allow the moisture of the sand to continuously penetrate into the small pots and keep them moist.

Note: This method is only suitable for small potted plants, and the pot must be a clay pot.

Method 3: Soak the pot method.

Fill a large and shallow empty porcelain pot with a thick layer of wet sand, and sit the flower belt pot in the porcelain pot, so that the water will supply the flowers through the sand and keep the pot moist.

Note: This method is suitable for flowers that require a lot of water, or wet flowers.

Method 4: Drip irrigation.

If you go out for a long time, the water in the container should be as much as possible, which is conducive to allowing the water in the dropper to slowly soak into the pot and be absorbed by the roots. The advantage of this method is that it is conducive to the growth of flowers.

Method 5: Convenience method.

You can choose a good plastic bag filled with water, seal it and put it in the pot, and then make a very small hole, so that the water will overflow from the small hole into the pot to keep the potting soil moist.

Note: The weight of the water should not be too heavy, and the time spent outside should not be too long.

In this way, you don't have to worry about having no one to take care of your plants at home when you are on a business trip!
