1. If the heart and mouth are the same, the troubles in the heart will inevitably decrease. When the external realm is disturbed, you just have to pay attention to what is going on in your heart. What are the eyes looking at?
What are the ears listening to? In this way, pay attention to **, hear, etc., and the troubles will not exist, and the result will be that what should be heard is heard, and what should be seen is also seen. For example:
If the opponent punches, if you pay attention to the action of the opponent and the feeling of being beaten, then you will not be troubled. If you hear someone scolding you, you clearly hear the voice scolding, and you know that you are the one who is being scolded, then there is no trouble in your heart. But if there are waves in your heart - why am I being scolded?
Why did he hit me? If you think like this, your troubles will definitely show up, because you pay attention to the other person. On the other hand, if you pay a clear attention to your thoughts, then your troubles will not exist.

Meditation is the same thing as everyday life, meditation is everyday life, and everyday life is meditation.
But we usually think, "The time for zazen is over, and we're going back to our daily lives," which is not the correct understanding, because they are the same thing, and we have nowhere to escape. Therefore, there should be stillness in movement, and there should be movement in stillness, and movement is no different from stillness.
Each being is dependent on the other, and strictly speaking, there is no separate individual existence. Some schools of Buddhism emphasize the oneness of all things, but that's not the case with our Zen path, we don't emphasize anything specific, not even oneness.
"One" is precious, but "many" is equally wonderful, and it is a biased understanding to ignore diversity and emphasize absolute oneness. In this understanding, there is a chasm between "one" and "many".
But "one" and "many" are the same thing, so we should appreciate their oneness in each individual, which is why we emphasize the importance of everyday life more than a certain state of mind. We should find reality in every moment, in every form. This is a very important point.

The basis of meditation is the vows, which are practiced on the basis of keeping the vows, and wisdom is cultivated on the basis of concentration.
The process of cultivating the mindfulness of entering and exiting the breath can be divided into several stages:

Clause. 2. When the inflow and outflow of breathing becomes relatively subtle and slow, you can focus on the long and short breaths;
Clause. 3. When the inflow and exit of breathing becomes more subtle and slow, you can focus on holographic;
Clause. Fourth, when the breath becomes very subtle, if there is nothing, you can focus on the subtle breath;
Clause. 5. When the breath and light become one, one should focus on the Zen phase.

Life is an interweaving of sorrow and joy, a companion of prejudice and liberation, a coexistence of narrowness and openness, and a combination of anxiety and coolness. Those lost, those breakthroughs, those confused, those awakened, those tolerant, those picky, those open-minded, those calculating, those depressed, those cheerful, this is life, this is life. Without these eclectic presentations, life ceases to be life.
The Zen method of life is not a kind of confused experience, and it does not need to stare intently at the troubles, but it requires a deep thinking to feel the breadth of this life and the harmony of this life; The Zen method of life is a kind of analysis into the wood, to feel the truth of life.
Life is not a tasteless taste like chewing wax, but a reflection on life experience, a reflection on the truth of life, and a free enjoyment of life. What to run away from, what to fear, it is your prejudice that entangles your stubborn self, it is your openness that shows your penetration; It is your thinking that makes you wise, and it is your experience that sharpens your liveliness.
The Zen method of life is not a kind of loss of the appearance of life, but a kind of insight into the true meaning of life. What is Life? Its true meaning is spotless. What is Life? Its expressions are colorful and colorful. What is Life? It's a lively one.
When you break through that narrow self, everything is a lively expression of life, and everything is a wordless statement of life. What is the true meaning of life? The heart is at ease, everything is at ease; The heart is unhindered, everything is unhindered; The heart is pure, everything is pure.
"Half a Bit of Zen".
Since ancient times, life has been the most taboo, half poor, half rich and half self-sufficient;
Half life, half day, half opportunity, half take, half give, half do good;
Half deaf, half dumb and half confused, half wise, half stupid and half sage;
Half human, half self, half free, half awake, half drunk, half fairy;
Half kiss, half love, half bitterness, half desire, half Zen, half fate;
Half of life is in me, and the other half is in nature.
Real society, virtual space, life, encounter is fate.
can know the heart, smile and meet; I don't know my heart, and I laugh it off.

Zen is a kind of thinking, a kind of expression, and the crystallization of collective wisdom. The reason why Zen wants to break through is to clarify the inevitable facts of birth, old age, sickness and death, to devote oneself to the spirit of fearlessness, to know, to understand, to experience, to discover the secret in it, how to make the limited "journey of life" without being confused by the five desires and eight winds, so that the self-consciousness can be transformed into seeing through and letting go, and obtaining a complete freedom! The contemplation of Zen is:
When adversity comes, good times are caused, and people are affectionate; Why fight for others and me in your dreams, let go of your body and mind to see the future.
What does Zen tell us to deal with setbacks or adversity? In adversity, in contradictions and setbacks, we should look inward to find the cause. Although adversity will bring harm, it can exercise and temper people's will.
If we use adversity to further sublimate our hearts and improve our ability to perceive the world, then we turn bad things into good things. Don't fight in Vanity Fair, you have to put it down when it's time to put it down, and you'll find that you're more open-minded, brighter-eyed, and you'll get more.

Meditation means that there are no two thoughts in the mind, and there must be a method at the beginning of the practice, and the effect of the method is to make our mind move from a state of disorganization to a state of concentration, and then from a state of concentration to a state of unity. When it reaches the state of unity, it is called concentration, but the state of unity also has different levels: from the unity of body and mind, to the unity of inner and outer realms, and further, the unity of the previous and subsequent thoughts.
In order to achieve the unity of the previous thought and the second thought, it is necessary to go through the continuity of the front and back thoughts such as a necklace, one thought buckles one thought, and the same thought is the same thought, and then the interval between the front and back thoughts can be digested, and only one thought remains. When even this thought does not exist, it is immediately determined and wise.
When you first practice meditation, there are many methods, such as praying, chanting, chanting, mantras, Sanskrit, sutras, etc., all of which are aimed at achieving the purpose of peace of mind, meditation and purification, mainly due to the practice of balancing the body and mind, all of which are the effects of concentration. If there is no teacher with high professional expertise, the above items are all cultivation methods that can be seen everywhere in the Buddhist scriptures, which are safe and reliable and will not produce *** and sequelae. However, these are all distractions.
If you meet a teacher who has experience with meditation and has the right knowledge of the Dharma, learn from them how to concentrate on meditation. That refers to the method of meditation, or the method of meditation, and in Zen Buddhism it is called the method of meditation.
The method of meditation must be inseparable from the three principles, that is: the posture of the body, the breath of pranayama, and the concentration of the mind. The basic requirement is to relax the muscles of the body and also relax the nerves of the mind.
Correct posture, including walking, sitting, standing and lying, is based on the principle of relaxation and uprightness. Correct breathing, based on the principle of natural speed. Correct focus is based on the principle of focusing only on the method and not about the gains and losses.
If you have a strong ambition and a strong desire for success and profit, it will bring you the trouble of the Demon Realm. You must have the psychological preparation of the Buddha and the devil to be safe. The so-called slaying of Buddhas and demons means that any sight or feeling, whether it is pleasant or terrifying, is treated as a vision or hallucination.
Otherwise, if you encounter a bad situation, you will easily retreat, and even slander the Three Jewels, which will mean that your cultivation will not be rewarded. If you encounter a good situation, you are easy to be slow-hearted, and even claim to have great magical powers, and prove that the holy fruit has become a Buddha.

The teacher showed the clouds:"In this meditation, the element is not focused on the mind, nor is it pure, nor is it immovable. If the word is in the heart, the heart is delusional.
Knowing the mind is like an illusion, so there is nothing to do. If words are pure, human nature is pure. Because of delusion, it covers the truth, but there is no delusion, and the sex is pure.
The heart is pure, but it is pure and delusional. There is no place for delusion, and the author is delusional. The net and incorporeal phase, but the pure phase, the words are the work.
Those who see this are hindered by their nature, but they are purified. If one does not practice good knowledge, but when he sees all people, he does not see the right and wrong of people, good and evil, that is, he is immobile in nature. Good knowledge, charming and immovable, open your mouth to say the rights and wrongs of others, likes and dislikes, contrary to the Tao.
If the mind is pure, it is also an obstacle. "
The teacher showed the clouds:"Good knowledge, what is zazen? In this method, there are no obstacles and no obstacles, outside all the realms of good and evil, and the mind cannot be remembered, which is called sitting.
Seeing oneself is not moving, and it is called Zen. Good knowledge, what is the name of meditation? The external separation is Zen, and the internal chaos is fixed.
If you look on the outside, you will be chaotic on the inside; If the outside is out of phase, the heart will not be chaotic. Nature is self-purifying and self-determined. Just to see the situation, the thinking is chaos.
If you see those who are not disturbed in the realm, they are truly determined. Good knowledge, the external separation is Zen, and the internal chaos is determined. Outer meditation and inner meditation are meditation.
Bodhisattva Precept Sutra Cloud: My nature is pure and pure. Good knowledge, in the mind, sees that the nature is pure.
Self-cultivation, self-cultivation, self-enlightenment. "
Turned by the Dharma, not famed by thousands of merits, not moved by fame and fortune, not moved by parents, brothers, sisters, husbands and wives, children, not moved by the sea of people, no joy, no worries, no fear, no despair and sorrow, no sitting and no meditation, no purity, no chaos and uncertain thoughts. Concentration is an obstacle to determination, pure thought is a pure obstacle, moving thoughts to seek determination, chaotic thoughts to seek quietness, it is the self that is chaotic, the world is nothing, and mediocre people often disturb themselves. All nature, where is life, the idea of turmoil and tranquility.
The mind is as stable as Mount Tai, that is, sitting, and the mind is not separated from its own nature, which is Zen. If you are like this, you will sit in meditation. Walking, standing, sitting, lying, eating, dressing, and sleeping are all zazen, because the mind has not been transferred by objects, and sex is not transferred by the Dharma, that is, it is as if it does not move.

If you are sick and afraid of death, you will turn into ashes sooner or later.

Incurable diseases are not terrible, and the tree is mighty and the cancer flies by itself.
The supernatural power is vast and the yellow reason, and the spirit is greatly invigorated.
Grief and despair are useless, cowardice and fear of death are useless.
The god of death is most afraid of death, and he is full of strength and might.
Standing up to the sky and the earth has great supernatural powers, and there is nothing beyond the Three Realms.
