Original text of the work: Is it difficult to do things in the world? If you do it, it will be easy for those who are difficult; If you don't, it's easy and it's hard.
Is it easy to learn? If you learn it, it will be easy for those who are difficult; If you don't learn, it's easy and difficult. I am faint, and I don't catch people; I am mediocre, and I don't catch people; After learning it, it will not be slack off for a long time, and it will be successful, and I don't know its faintness and mediocrity.
I am smart, and I am also a person; I am sensitive to materials, and I am also very human; Abandon it without using it, it is no different from faint and mediocre. The way of the saint died in Lu and passed it on. However, how can it be used to be mediocre and intelligent?
Is there a difference between difficult and easy things in the world? As long as you are willing to do it, then the difficult things become easier;
If you don't do it, then the easy things become difficult.
Is there a difference between difficult and easy learning?
As long as you are willing to learn, then difficult learning will become easier; If you don't learn, it will be difficult to learn so easily.

Translation: There are two monks on the border of Sichuan, one of whom is poor and the other is rich. The poor monk said to the rich monk:
I want to go to the South China Sea, what do you think? The rich monk said, "What are you going to do?"
The poor monk said, "All I need is a water bottle for water and a rice bowl for rice." The rich monk said
For several years, I tried to hire a boat along the lower reaches of the Yangtze River (to the South China Sea), but without success. What do you go with! ”
In the second year, the poor monk returned from the South China Sea and told the rich monk about his visit to the South China Sea. The rich monk's face showed a look of shame.
Original text: There are two monks in Shu: one is poor and the other is rich.
The poor speak to the rich, saying, "What is the South China Sea I want?" The rich man said:
Why should the son go? He said, "One bottle and one bowl are enough."
The rich man said, "I have been trying to buy a boat for several years, but I have not been able to do so." Why should the son go?
In the next year, the poor will return from the South China Sea, so as to sue the rich, and the rich will be ashamed.
The article further illustrates through the form of an allegory that difficulty is not necessarily related to success or failure. Where there is a will, there is a way, and as long as you can firmly move towards the set goal, you will definitely be able to reach the end. The poor monks and rich monks in Sichuan all wanted to make a pilgrimage to Putuo Mountain, and the poor people realized their wishes with a bottle and a bowl and a firm will; Although the rich had enough money to hire a boat to go there, they were unable to achieve their goal because of their own hesitation and cowering.
This shows the importance of "determination". The so-called "determination" is not only to establish the goal of struggle, but also to have the spirit of perseverance and forging ahead in the face of difficulties, which is the most valuable thing in learning. Through a specific and vivid narrative, this paragraph envisions the language and demeanor of the characters, and vividly reveals the importance of the will, just like a fable, although it is easy and simple, but it contains profound truths.

There were two monks on the border of Sichuan, one poor and the other rich. The poor monk said to the rich monk, "I want to go to the South China Sea, how about it?"
The rich monk said, "Why are you going?" The poor monk said
All I need is a water bottle and a rice bowl. The rich monk said: "I have been trying to hire a boat down the river for many years, but I can't go (to the South China Sea) [yet]."
What are you going for? "In the second year, the poor monk returned from the South China Sea. He told the rich monk about his story, and the rich monk listened to it and showed a look of shame.
The western part of Sichuan is thousands of miles away from the South China Sea, and the rich monks cannot reach it, but the poor monks have arrived. If a person sets up grand ambitions, is he not as good as this monk on the border of Sichuan? Therefore, a person's intelligence can sometimes be relied on, and sometimes it cannot be relied on; Those who rely on their own intelligence but do not study hard are those who have wasted themselves.
Confusion and mediocrity, (sometimes) may limit people, (sometimes) but not necessarily limiting people; A person who does not give up on himself because of his mediocrity, but works hard and tirelessly, is the one who motivates himself (to succeed).

Xishu went to the South China Sea, I don't know how many thousands of miles, the rich monks can't go and the poor can wilt.
The determination of people is not as good as the monk of Shu?
Translation: Shu two monks.
There are two monks in the remote mountainous area of Sichuan, one of whom is poor and the other is rich.
One day, the poor monk said to the rich monk, "I want to go to the South China Sea to worship the Buddha, do you think it's okay?"The rich monk said
What do you rely on to go?The poor monk said, "All I need is a water bottle and a rice bowl."
The rich monk disagreed: "I wanted to hire a boat to go to the South China Sea a few years ago, but I haven't done it yet."If you have nothing, don't dream!”
But the next year, the poor monk actually returned from the South China Sea to the Buddha. He told the rich monk about his travels, and when the rich monk heard it, he blushed with shame.
People are not short of ambitions. The poor monks of Shu can go to the South China Sea alone, relying on "Zhi".On the contrary, people can lose their minds when they are rich, isn't that the rich monk of Shu despicable? It seems that it is the internal factors, not the objective conditions, that determine the success or failure of things.
The reality of life is that we must not be rich monks who are rich on the surface but empty in their minds, but we must learn the spirit of poor monks who are unswerving and fearless of difficulties.
The teacher has not yet handed out the test paper "16 Issues".
It's not as good as the monks in the border towns of Shu Kingdom......
