Solution: Use a multimeter to detect the wiring block (XSI), 1, 2 pins and 6 pins on PCB1 CNI06, AC36V, indicating that the solenoid valve is damaged, replace the solenoid valve, if the gun has no voltage, you need to replace the PCB1 board.
3. The argon arc does not arc. Fault phenomenon: manual welding is normal, argon arc welding, no no-load voltage output.
If the manual welding is normal, it means that the main circuit is normal. The argon arc has the following possibilities for no-load voltage output: the welding torch is not working.
Use a multimeter to measure the 1 or 2 pins of the welding torch plug, if the torch is not passed, repair the welding torch switch or replace the welding torch can be normal. If the PCB5 relay does not work, replace the PCB5 board. If PCB5 is detected to be normal, it may be that the control circuit of the PCB1 board is faulty, and the PCB1 board needs to be replaced to be used normally.
