Founded in June 2015, Koubei is a local life service platform jointly funded by Alibaba and Ant Financial Group. According to the estimation of word-of-mouth, catering businesses that use word-of-mouth unmanned restaurant technology can effectively save labor costs while increasing the reception capacity of restaurants by more than 30% on average.
