If you enjoy a job that suits you to the fullest extent and maximizes your strengths, then it's a good job. I'm not much in favor of not getting a job if you can't find it. Of course, it is good to be able to choose a job at the same time as employment, but it is difficult to choose a job at the same time as the employment situation is relatively severe.

In this case, it is not necessarily a bad thing to get a job first and then choose a job, in the process you will find that you have accumulated a lot of social experience, accumulated a lot of vocational skills, and now companies are more and more interested in experience. So gain experience first, which will also help you find a more desirable job later. Part-time work, practice, savings, and develop yourself after certain conditions.

There are more and more talents, there are fewer and fewer jobs suitable for everyone, and the inappropriate treatment makes it more and more difficult to find a job.

I thought that after a difficult 2022, it would be easier, but is that really the case?

Those who couldn't find a job went to take the public examination; Fresh graduates who did not graduate smoothly thought about it and it was difficult to recruit for work, so I still went to take the public examination, which also caused the problem of multiple applicants for a position.

Therefore, don't be too anxious, it's normal to not find a job, and only by actively looking for it will be possible to find the job you want to do.

Third, the adjustment of the industry.

Maybe the industry you want to work in is no longer a hot one. For example, real estate, education and training, etc. Men are afraid of getting into the wrong business, and women are afraid of marrying the wrong man.

In fact, both men and women have the problem of choosing a job, when we have been working in an industry for a long time, and there has been no response to finding a job in the market, we have to think about whether there is a problem with our direction.
