Working principle: The piston of the cylinder moves downward (i.e. the weight is lowered). In order to make the braking safe and reliable and prevent accidents, a hydraulic check valve, that is, a hydraulic lock, is added to ensure that the hydraulic pipeline can be safely self-locked when it bursts accidentally. An overload sound activated alarm is installed to distinguish between overload and equipment failure.
Advantages and disadvantages: The scissor lift has the advantages of compact structure, stable operation, low noise, fast frequency response, large transmission power, and easy operation. The hydraulic station composed of electric motors, hydraulic pumps, oil tanks, etc., has high noise when used, but can be installed away from the main engine and treated separately for sound insulation and noise reduction.
Due to the influence of a variety of hydraulic control valves, complex oil circuit system, difficult to install and clean pipelines, high requirements for the quality of hydraulic oil medium, and easy oil leakage of oil circuit system (due to the use of cheap hydraulic components and lack of maintenance, oil stains are everywhere near the common hydraulic station) and high manufacturing costs, the scope of application of hydraulic scissor lift in the theater is limited to a certain extent.
