The Great Buddha Crowning Lengyan Sutra: Ten volumes. It is also made as the top sutra of the Great Buddha and the Lengyan Sutra.
The full name is the Great Buddha, the top of the Buddha, the secret because of the cultivation of the righteous Bodhisattvas, the first Lengyan Sutra. Translated by Emperor Lami of the Tang Dynasty. It is different from Kumarosh's translation of the Shoulenyan Samadhi Sutra.
The content of this sutra narrates that Ananda received the illusion of the modern goddess, and when the precepts were about to be destroyed, the Buddha knew about it from afar, and sent Manjushri to break the illusion with a divine spell. Later, Ananda and the modern goddess recited the Buddha's place, and the Buddha was to talk about the circle solution, the circle line, the circle position, and even the seven pleasures in detail to distinguish the yin and demons, and the method of samadhi, the same origin of the root and dust, and the principle of freedom from bondage. "Shouleng Yan Samadhi Sutra":
It consists of two volumes, translated by Kumarosh. The content narrates that the Bodhisattva of Jianyi asks if he can attain the Bodhi Samadhi, and the Buddha is saying that the first Leng Yan Samadhi (Yong Fu Ding). Later, Sariputta asked the Buddha if he could stay away from the demonic realm, and the Buddha let go of all the demonic realms and subdued him with the first strict samadhi.
There is no Amitabha Buddha in the south.

The Lengyan Sutra can be said to be a complete collection of Buddhist practice, because in terms of content, this sutra contains profound truths about all aspects of the manifestation and esoteric phases; In terms of sects, it spans the Zen Pure Tantric Vinaya, and plays a balanced role, each with its own place; In terms of righteousness, it is both large and small, the directors are harmonious, and the hearts are compatible; In terms of practice, it is necessary to interpret the corresponding actions and complete the body, which has the purpose of turning confusion and enlightenment.
Lengyan Samadhi, also known as Lengyan Dading, stunned and strict Samadhi. Transliterated as Lenamore. It is translated as definitive, supreme, unequal, immeasurable, endless, immeasurable, and inconceivable.
Abbreviated. That is to say, the mind is concentrated in one realm, separated from all scattered, equal and positive, so it is called concentration.
Lengyan samadhi is something that is inherent in nature, not something that comes from outside. Like a good horse in the world, it is used to galloping for a long time, and it is good to walk without stopping; If you have samadhi in your nature, you will be able to enter samadhi after a long period of practice.

The Sutra describes what kind of state it is to attain the first Lengyan Samadhi, and the Sutra describes how to practice and attain the Sutra of the Shoulengyan Samadhi, one meaning, no difference.

What the Buddha wants to explain in the "Ranga Sutra" is the two doors of sex and aspect, and it is an average development, which is also one of the characteristics of this sutra. Therefore, this sutra is not only the highest classic of the sexual sect, but also regarded as a guideline by the pedestrians of the Xiangzong, and is one of the classics that must be read by those who study the physiognomy of the law. So what is the difference between the "Lengyan Sutra" and the "Ranga Sutra" of the Buddhist scriptures?
1. "Lengyan Sutra" is a Mahayana Buddhist classic, the full name is "The Great Buddha Ding Rulai Miyin Cultivated the Righteous Bodhisattvas Ten Thousand Lines Shoulengyan Sutra", also known as "Central India Nalanda Avenue Field Sutra, recorded at the top of the irrigation of other lines", referred to as "Lengyan Sutra", "Shoulengyan Sutra", "Big Buddha Top Sutra", "Big Buddha Top Sutra".
2. The "Lengyan Sutra" is what the Buddha said to Ananda, and the main content is "seven places to sign the heart, eight to discern, and twenty-five circles" and biased corrections in the process of practice. From pointing out the defects in people's common sense to attaining enlightenment, correcting the Dharma, and the various deviations that will occur in the process of practice, it can be said that the entire process of Buddhist practice can be understood by studying a single copy of the Lengyan Sutra.
3. The full name of the "Ranga Sutra" is "Ranga Abhadra Sutra", also known as "Ranga Sutra" and "Mahayana Ranga Sutra".
4. The "Ranga Sutra" is what the Buddha said to the Great Wisdom Bodhisattva, mainly talking about the meaning of Rulaizang. Among them, "all Buddha hearts" is even more mysterious. Compared with the Lengyan Sutra, the Lenga Sutra is more difficult to understand, and it can be understood by referring to the lecture notes of people of insight.
-
The Lengyan Sutra is a special breakthrough of the Lenga Sutra of the Lengyan Sutra on the book of nine chapters of the ten manifestations, the Buddha in the Lenga Mountain Ranga Sutra is still the cause and effect of the law, although the Lenga Sutra mentions that the Ranga Sutra is still the cause and effect of the law, not the righteous law.
-
The Lengyan Sutra focuses on the principle of cultivating the roots. The Ranga Sutra focuses on the cultivation of the realm of idealistic separation.
-
Use the Lengyan Sutra to open wisdom;
Then use the Ranga Sutra to prove whether the wisdom you have opened is the wisdom of the Buddha.
One is a textbook and the other is a test paper.
If you read the Lengyan Sutra and feel that you understand it, but you can't read the Lenga Sutra, it means that you don't really understand the Lengyan Sutra.
-
There is one word in the middle that is different.
That's the biggest difference.
Don't overthink it. It's two scriptures.
For example, what do you say is the difference between the Romance of the Three Kingdoms and the Water Margin? The same thing.
-
Lengyan Sutra, Lenga Sutra.
The scriptures are not the same. Hehe.
Joke. The two classics are both special classics of enlightenment. But it's all more difficult to understand.
But for those who can't accept it, even the simplest classics, he can't accept them.
Therefore, the scriptures themselves are all for the purpose of enlightening wisdom, but the emphasis is different, and there is no special difference in itself.
I must say that the difference is the person we look at. The so-called wise see wisdom, and the benevolent see benevolence.

The fifty kinds of yin demons in the realm of breaking demons in the "Lengyan Sutra" are the most important classics in the end of the Dharma period.
The Ranga Sutra became a Buddhist classic.
The Dafang Guanghua Huayan Sutra talks about the Buddha's state.
