"Mirror Flowers" is a widely circulated film in the Qing Dynasty in addition to "Dream of Red Mansions". But unlike Dream of the Red Chamber, Li Ruzhen, the author of "Mirror Flowers," raised the long-standing issue of women in China. It can be said that he was the first person in China to raise this women's issue, and his "Mirror Flower" is a **women's issue**.
Because of its humorous and critical content, it is not only circulated in China but also translated into the languages of many countries.
Personally, I really feel that there are some problems in "Mirror Flowers" that have not been explained clearly, but I generally don't watch sequels, just like "Dream of Red Mansions". Although the last 40 sequels have a feeling of being changed, I haven't watched Hua's sequels, so I don't have a say. I looked up an article about mirrors on the Internet, hoping to give you some help.
Li Ruzhen declared at the end of the article "Mirror Flowers" that his ** "One Hundred Times" was "only half of the story", and even borrowed a friend's words to explain the reason why the book was not finished, but the book "Mirror Flowers" was only half of the first: "My son's nature is to be lazy and write slowly."
According to the storyline, the content of "Mirror Flowers" can be roughly divided into two parts. Many people say that "Mirror Flowers" is halfway through because the content described in the first half is more exciting and the depth is impressive. The imagination and introduction of a large number of landscape myths is nothing more than a satire of reality.
Since the publication of the first edition of "Mirror Flowers" in the twenty-third year of Jiaqing (1818), the sequel to Li's "Mirror Flowers" has disappeared. In the second year of Xuantong (1910), wandering in Shanghai, Hua Qinshan, a famous scholar who was intoxicated by peanuts, wrote the "Complete Compilation of Continuing Mirror Flowers". The motives for his sequel are quite rational :
"Mirror Flowers" is obviously half a book, "can't be continued".
But the first half has been published for nearly a hundred years, and "I haven't seen a sequel to Mirror Flowers". Hua Qinshan also believes that the sequel to the Chinese classical ** has an obvious quirkiness: the Water Margin cannot be continued, and there will be later sequels to the Water Margin and the Water Margin; "The Legend of the West Chamber" cannot be continued, but there are New West Chambers, Jin West Chambers and Zhuan West Chambers.
There are more than a dozen sequels to Dream of Red Mansions, which are the most unsustainable one. The first part describes Wu Zetian's era. Scholar Tang Ao tried to explore flowers.
Later, because he was suppressed, he gave up the pursuit of fame and fortune, so he traveled with his wife and brother to dozens of countries. Finally, Tang Ao, who had an understanding, hid in Xiaopenglai in Xianshan and never came back.

1. The author of "Mirror Flowers" is Li Ruzhen of the Qing Dynasty.
2. About the author:
Li Ruzhen was a famous ** family in the Qing Dynasty. As a teenager, he studied with Ling Tingkan (c. 1755 1809) about ancient etiquette, musical rhythm, calendrical calculations, and the evolution of the territory. Due to Li Ruzhen's disdain for Baguwen, he was not up to the end of his life, and the biggest official was Henan County, but he was knowledgeable and proficient in phonology, and the book "Li's Yinjian" came out when he was a teenager.
He was upright by nature all his life, not a powerful person, not good at camping, and never found a decent official position. After middle age, he felt hopeless in seeking an official position, and devoted himself to studying. From 1795 to 1815, it took 20 years to write the book "Mirror Flowers", which is comparable to "Journey to the West" and "Fengshen Bang".
3. Introduction:
Mirror Flower Yuan" is a long story made by Li Ruzhen in the Qing Dynasty**. The first half of the book describes the stories of Tang Ao, Duo Jiugong and others traveling overseas by boat, including their experiences in the daughter country, the gentleman's country, the intestineless country and other countries. The second half of the book writes the story of Wu Zetian's selection of talented women, Tang Xiaoshan, who was born by the Hundred Flower Fairies, and a hundred talented women from other Flower Fairies, and made a difference in the court.
Its fantastical and witty creative techniques are based on classics, and wonderfully outline a gorgeous and colorful color picture of the heavenly wheel.

In a poll of the 1,000 most popular sheets of all eras, the band appeared in the news the most times, and was the first and only group to threaten the Beatles in recent times. Their next one, which will take a long time to record, is called "Kid A," and it is widely expected that this one will be the most shocking work. Instead of their more robust production model, this time they're moving away from the guitar and performing in a style that may be closer to the space-age vibe of Pink Floyd, Kraftwerk and Tangerine Dream. >>>More
