But in real life, I'm afraid to write teaching reflections. First, I don't know how to write a teaching reflection, and second, I am afraid that I can't write well, so I often only have a few words in the textbook.
However, after reading "How to Write Teaching Reflections for Preschool Teachers", I began to rethink how to write teaching reflections in depth. There are five main forms of reflection, and if you look at the reflection you usually write, there are mainly two kinds of reflections: "scene reproduction" and "cause analysis". For example, after the teaching activity, regardless of success or failure, the scene at that time is realistically reproduced.
No matter what the situation is, tell the truth, so that you can have "this" to refer to when you encounter similar problems in your future work. But both of these forms of reflection are superficial. It is worth learning from the last three forms of reflection, such as "Timely Feedback – Writing about Teachers and Children".
The teaching process is a process of dialogue and interaction between teachers and children. Therefore, after the activity, teachers should give feedback in a timely manner, and make a dialectical analysis of the performance of both teachers and children and the quality of the activity, so as to help teachers fully grasp the situation of teachers and children during the preparation and class during the day. At this point, I often reflect on whether the children cooperate with me today, and if the children's routine today is not very good, I will attribute the reason to the children.
In fact, you should find the reason in yourself and reflect on whether the materials you provide children like it? Do your children understand their own questions? "Grasp the whole - write about the characteristics and highlights" requires us to write down the characteristics of each activity, so that we can focus on and selectively adopt the teaching method in the future.
Over time, it is conducive to the formation of personalized teaching characteristics of teachers. I often reflect on my shortcomings in teaching activities, and I rarely record my strengths, so I have not formed my own teaching style until now. I think there must be successes and failures after every teaching activity.
Successes or failures should be recorded, and the next time you fail, you should strive to improve and successfully form your own teaching style. "Deep Thinking – Writing Suggestions and Adjustments" requires us to be able to calm down and think about some questions after each teaching activity. For example, whether the provision of learning materials is appropriate, whether the activity environment is appropriate, whether the organization methods are reasonable, whether the teaching focus is reasonable, etc.
Teachers should question the teaching content, propose revisions or focus on how a certain section should be designed to be more reasonable, and write an adjusted lesson plan. This point requires us to think further after class, and after thinking about the teaching process, we must also write the revised plan, so that the reflection can reach a certain depth. I think that after each reflection, it can be modified with another colored pen next to the original lesson plan.
Reflection is a powerful means and effective way to improve the professional quality of teachers, so we should reflect on teaching activities, record the successes and failures in the teaching process in the form of essays, analyze the reasons, study improvement measures, and continuously improve our own education and teaching level!
