1. It is best not to log in with the administration account, if you have to use it, then you must set a password, otherwise, when other computers use the administration account, they will not be able to access each other.

2. 3. Set up a shared folder.

3. Host operation: Select the file you want to share, and right-click - "Share" - Homegroup.

4. Files to be shared on the host: click File - Properties - Share - Share - Down triangle - select "everyone" - Add - Share - Close.

5. Client operation: network - find shared computing and workgroup - find shared file - open --- complete.

Shared access is when multiple users may access and update the same data, files, and devices at the same time. Shared access not only provides a more efficient way for users to consume and share data, but also restricts access when necessary.

Two computers under the same router can set up shared access, so that they can access each other's shared files, printers, and other devices. Here are the steps:

1.Confirm that both computers are connected to the same router and that they are both configured with the correct network parameters such as IP address, subnet mask, and gateway address.

2.Open the Control Panel and select Network and Sharing Center.

3.In the Network and Sharing Center window, click Change advanced sharing settings on the left.

It seems that non-domains can only be used as IP policies, otherwise they can be accessed as long as there is a password.
