Industry insiders know that the LED display is spliced by many modules, and the modules are assembled by many lamp beads. In the process of LED display assembly, the assembly steps are one after another, and the rings must be careful, otherwise the LED display effect will be affected. The following describes the common LED display splicing methods.
1. The whole screen of the LED display is assembled in series: the LED1-N in the general simple series connection method is connected from end to end, and the current flowing through the LED display is equal when it is working. The other is the improvement of the series connection method with bypass.
2. LED display screen parallel assembly method: one is a simple parallel form, and the other is an independent matching parallel form. In the simple parallel method, LED1-N is connected in parallel from end to end, and the voltage on each LED is equal when operating.
This kind of reliability is not high, but it also strives to take the parallel form of independent matching for this problem, which has the characteristics of good driving effect, complete protection of a single LED display, failure does not affect other work, and can be matched with large differences.
3. LED display cross array assembly method: the cross array shape is mainly proposed to improve the reliability of LED display work and reduce the failure rate.
4. Mixed assembly method of LED display: the advantages of parallel connection and series connection mentioned by the appeal are combined. Two types are included, too. One is the hybrid method of first series and then merger, and the other is the hybrid method of first parallel and then series.
