"Is testing and QA the same? ”
Of course not! ”
What's the difference? ”
The tester is the tester and the QA person is the quality manager. ”
Isn't that what the test is responsible for?
The time to do tester is not short, and I don't even have a good interpretation of this problem! Shame on you!
I have a problem with this person, and I have to figure it out when I encounter a problem! So I looked through some information and finally found an answer that would at least convince myself:
QA (quality assurance), Chinese means "quality assurance", QA personnel it has two tasks, process improvement and quality assurance, QA is part of GMP (quality management system), GMP only cares about all matters related to production and inspection, and GMP has nothing to do with product quality related matters belong to the requirements throughout the entire product (or project) of the entire process, the whole process is supervised, the current progress of the project is checked, At the same time, it is necessary to complete the relevant processes such as organizational validation, organizational process definition, and risk management. At the end of each process, it is required to sort out the stage work, and this management is quantitative, and after success and failure, the cause is analyzed, and the accumulation of knowledge base is carried out to improve the quality of subsequent products. Testing is just one part of the product development process.
Because of the above, test management is a process of QA. QA, on the other hand, is a process outside of testing.

QA stands for Quality Supervision and Quality Assurance.
Quality Assurance (QA).
QA stands for QualityAssurance, which focuses on measuring and inspecting quality, and improving the quality of software through process improvements, which in turn guides the distribution of software. While there are some testing activities involved, the main focus of QA is on the process and steps in which software development activities are carried out. QA is more concerned with managing the product lifecycle and verifying that the software meets defined quality standards and user agreements.
QA is not about dissecting the software to find a problem, but about verifying that the software is likely to work under a given set of conditions.
Although testing is also concerned with the process, it is more concerned with the profiling of the software. The tester observes the software in action and reports at the quality level, as well as critical issues encountered. Testers must operate on the assumption that there are more bugs, and they must find them.
They operate in the expectation of finding out the problem, not just to verify that everything is likely to work properly. Good testers are always thinking about what they haven't tried and trying out the weak parts of the software or the parts that don't interact properly. In the end, it's important to take a hard look at the software and find bugs as soon as possible to fix them.

Quality Assurance.
QA (Quality Assurance, Chinese means "quality assurance", and its definition in ISO8402:1994 is "all planned and systematic activities implemented in a quality management system and verified as needed in order to provide sufficient trust to show that an entity can meet quality requirements". Some organizations that implement ISO9000 will set up such departments or positions to be responsible for the quality assurance functions required by the ISO9000 standard, and the personnel who hold this kind of work are called QA personnel
The QA group is a professional group, not an administrative body. The QAG Leader can be appointed by the Quality Management Department or by the QA of a business department. Like functional organizations, QAs are directly accountable to senior managers, but report to project managers and QAG leaders on a business basis.
The flexible structure absorbs many advantages of the functional structure and matrix structure, which is not only convenient for QA to integrate into the project team, but also convenient for the sharing of experience between departments, and is also conducive to the improvement of QA capabilities. The QAG Leader can extract the common problems of each project from the QA reports of each department and use them for the improvement of the organization-level process. Enterprises can also promote the combination of QA professional research and application by granting different rights to QAG leaders, such as assigning QA management to senior managers according to the 20 80 principle.

QA=Quality Assureance.
QA testing is a guarantee of the function and appearance of the product!

QA is a quality assurance for the whole company, including the release of finished products, raw materials, etc., and the normal operation of the quality management system.
With the emergence of QA, the scope of quality management of enterprises has been further promoted, including the scope of the entire quality assurance inscription, and the authority of quality management personnel has been further increased. Some companies' QA also includes CS (customer satisfaction) business, which is to deal with customer complaints: analysis, countermeasures, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.
The main functions are the establishment and improvement of the quality system, as well as the assurance of the quality of finished products and the tracking of market conditions
QA focuses on the establishment and maintenance of quality management system, quality system audit of customers and certification bodies, quality training, etc.; QC mainly focuses on quality inspection and control.
The work of QA involves the overall situation of the company, various related functions, and covers a wide range, while QC mainly focuses on product quality inspection, which is only one aspect of quality work.
Nowadays, many companies refer to QC testing as QA
