If your phone's Bluetooth has been successfully paired with the computer's Bluetooth, but it can't be connected, it may be caused by the following reasons:
Bluetooth driver issues: Although you have installed the latest Bluetooth drivers, there may still be some compatibility issues, you can try updating your computer's drivers or uninstalling the Bluetooth drivers and reinstalling them.
Unstable Bluetooth signal: If there are other electronic devices or signal interference between your computer and mobile phone, which may also cause the Bluetooth signal to be unstable, it is recommended to keep the electric screen and mobile phone as close as possible to reduce the source of interference.
Computer Bluetooth service setting problem: You mentioned that you have set the relevant settings in the "Service" under "Management" of the computer, but the menu that pops up by clicking the Bluetooth icon in the lower right corner of the computer is still grayed out, which may be due to a problem with the Bluetooth service settings of your computer, it is recommended that you enter the "Service" of the computer and set "Bluetooth Support Service" and "Bluetooth HandsFree Service" Set to "Automatic (Delayed Start)".
Bluetooth setting problem on your phone: If your phone's Bluetooth has been successfully paired with the computer's Bluetooth, but it can't be connected, it may also be due to a problem with the phone's Bluetooth settings, it is recommended that you turn off and turn on your phone's Bluetooth, or pair your phone again.
If none of the above methods solve the problem, it is recommended that you seek professional help or go to a computer repair shop for a check-up.

If you are using a OnePlus phone and the phone cannot be paired with a Bluetooth device, we recommend that you troubleshoot as follows:
Please make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on and can be discovered;
Please make sure that the searched device is not connected to other Bluetooth devices of the same type, if so, please disconnect it before pairing and connecting. The searched device has been paired with another device, which may result in it not being searchable;
If you still can't connect to the paired Bluetooth device, try to connect the Bluetooth device with another phone or device to see if it succeeds, if not, please check the Bluetooth device;
If the problem persists, try to upgrade to the latest system software and test again.
If the problem still can't be solved, reset the phone after backing up the data (click to view the phone backup method) and test again, path: [Settings] - [Other Settings] - [Restore Phone] - [Completely Erase All Data (Factory Reset)].
If none of the above methods can solve your problem, it is recommended that you contact OnePlus customer service or apply for after-sales service, and the branch engineer will check and deal with it for you.
