c: Set bounty points.

Please note that if you set up a reward point, the reward point will be deducted from your points and will be given to the person you have selected.

d: Set anonymity.

When certain questions are private, you can set them to be anonymous so that your username will not appear on the question page, but will instead be "anonymous".
