Method:

2. Self-confidence training. Most people who are prone to blushing in front of others lack self-confidence and have an inferiority complex, so strengthening the cultivation of self-confidence and overcoming the inferiority complex can play a role in drawing wages from the bottom of the kettle.
3. Forcing yourself to take several long, rhythmic breaths before anticipating a stressful situation can ease tension and lay the foundation for building self-confidence.
4. When you feel nervous, you may wish to hold something in your hand, such as a book, a handkerchief or other small things, which will make you feel comfortable and have a sense of security.
Mental training to overcome.
1.Step 1.
List the various scenes that can cause you to blush in order from light to heavy, and copy them on different cards, put the scene that makes you blush the least at the front, and put the scene that makes you blush the most at the end, and the cards are arranged in order.
2.Step 2.
Relaxation training is done by sitting in a comfortable seat, taking regular deep breaths to relax the whole body, and after entering the relaxation state, take out the first card of the above series and imagine the above scene, the more realistic and vivid the imagination, the better.
3.Step 3.
If you're feeling a little uneasy and blushing, stop and take a deep breath to relax again. After completely relaxing, reimagine the scene of the failure just now. If the restlessness and blush recur, stop and relax, and so on until the scene on the card no longer makes you feel uneasy and blushing.
4.Step 4.
Continue in the same way to the next scene that makes you feel more upset and blush (the next card). Note that every time you enter the imagination of the next card, it must be based on the fact that you no longer feel upset and blush when imagining the previous card, otherwise, you must not move on to the next stage.
5.Step 5.
When you imagine the scene that makes you feel the most uneasy and blushing, you can do the live exercise in order from light to severe, and if you feel uneasy and blushing at the scene, you can also let yourself take deep breaths to relax and fight until you no longer blush, and then move on to the next step of the exercise.
