How to change the mobile phone number, that number is gone

Hello, at present, the mobile phone number of our bank's personal savings card is divided into SMS notification mobile phone number, reserved mobile phone number for card opening, mobile phone number for mobile banking and mobile phone number for security authentication. Different mobile phone numbers can be modified in different ways.

1. SMS notification of mobile phone number modification:

1.Zhangyin: Please log in to the Zhangyin APP, click "All Assistant SMS Notification Maintenance Logout", you can modify the SMS notification mobile phone number, SMS notification starting amount, whether to display the balance and payment account.

2.Online Banking: Please log in to your personal online banking and click "Secure Message Service Modify" to modify the mobile phone number of the SMS notification, the starting amount of the SMS notification, and whether to display the balance. (Need to verify K treasure or K order).

3.Counter: Please bring the valid ID card and the debit card notified by the signing SMS to any ABC branch in the country for modification.

2. Modification of personal mobile phone number:

1.Palm Bank: If you use the personal Palm Banking version, you can click "My Security Center Login Settings Login Mobile Phone Number" in the lower right corner, and then click "Add" in the upper right corner to enter the newly added mobile phone number (the mobile phone number must not be registered with our bank) to obtain the verification code and use the newly added mobile phone number to log in to the Palm Bank.

2.Online Banking: Please log in to your personal online banking, click "Secure Mobile Phone Number Pocket Banking", click "Add", enter the mobile phone number you want to add, and authenticate through the security tool; After the addition is completed, select the old mobile phone number that needs to be deleted again, and click "Delete" to complete the modification of the mobile phone number.

3.Counter: Since the mobile phone number bound to the personal palm bank involves the account funds and the security of mobile banking, if you need to modify the number, please bring your valid ID card and bank card to any branch of our bank for processing, or please log in to personal online banking operation.

2.Only the bound mobile phone number can log in to mobile banking, and each customer can bind up to 3 mobile phone numbers.

3. Modification of the reserved mobile phone number for card opening: Please bring your valid identity document, bank card, and mobile phone [purpose: to receive verification code] to any branch of our bank nationwide.

4. Modification of mobile phone number for security authentication:

If you are a first-generation K Treasure customer, please go to any branch of our bank to change the mobile phone number for security authentication with a valid ID card and a bank card registered in any e-banking account.

If you are a second-generation K-Treasure or K-Ling customer, please log in to your personal online banking and click "Security Mobile Phone Number Security Authentication" to modify. When modifying, you need to verify the K treasure or K order.

Credit card account opening reserved mobile phone number modification:

1.Please bring your valid ID card and credit card to any branch of the Agricultural Bank of China to apply for modification.

3.If you are a registered customer in online banking, please log in to your personal online banking, click "Credit Card Settings Personal Information Modify", and modify the mobile phone number reserved for account opening through the "Mobile Number" menu.

4.If you are a registered customer, please log in to the Zhangyin APP, click "Credit Card Settings Data Management Personal Information", and modify the mobile phone number reserved for account opening through the "Mobile Number" menu.

3. Find "Settings" on the personal information page and click it.
