How to effectively manage classroom discipline among primary school students

Teachers must pay attention to the use of colorful and diverse forms of classroom teaching organization and control strategies, stimulate students' interest in learning, concentrate students' attention, enable students to adapt to the classroom learning environment, and develop good learning habits. Teachers should teach by example and guide their behavior. Strengthening classroom management is very important for teachers, how to manage classroom discipline well, I introduce the following methods according to my own practice:

1. For the whole class, I use different forms of competition to attract them, so that they can remind and supervise each other. For example, a mountaineering game to see which group gets to the top of the mountain first. For example, in the seven-color flower game, see which group has the most petals, and also divide the strawberry team, the pineapple team, etc. to play a five-pointed star, four birds, each representing a team, to see which bird flies to the branch the fastest.

After doing this, I found that they were very motivated, and I was afraid that their behavior would affect the whole group, so I reminded each other that classroom discipline was easier to regulate. But there is a disadvantage, that is, you have to change the tricks, keep changing, otherwise the students' interest and novelty will be gone. In fact, this is the product of the combination of teacher-driven discipline and group-driven discipline, the teacher's thoughtfulness and the creation of the classroom structure make students feel safe, and the group-driven discipline allows students to prefer to sacrifice a little of their own interests to abide by the group-driven discipline.

2. Choose rhythm instead of "shouting". It's about how I can get students to calm down as quickly as possible when they are reading on their own for a while or after they start to make some noise. Before, I could only shout at the top of my voice

One, two, three, sit down! "But the effect got worse and worse, and later, inspired by other teachers, I replaced it with rhythmic clapping. I want the students to clap twice when they stop, and when they hear it, they clap it five times, and sit down as soon as they hear it.

I found this method to be very effective, focusing their attention and making the class feel relaxed and organized. 3. For individual students, I am very kind to them. For example, there was a student named Luo Yulin in the class, he always liked to talk or even shout below without raising his hand, so I seriously criticized him in class, and called him to the office after class to listen to his feelings.

Let him understand that the teacher likes you and is good for you, and that your behavior will affect the whole class, and he will change after listening to it. Another student, Zeng Jie, likes to deliberately make something in class, such as knocking on the table and rocking the bench, I criticized him fiercely, and talked to him after class, it turned out that the child did this to get my attention, I felt ashamed, I didn't pay attention to every student well, and I must make every child feel that the teacher is paying attention to him in the future. Children need love, and the teacher is good to him, and he can remember it!

For such a child, criticize him when he does something wrong, praise his progress in time, let him feel your love, and he will try to control himself from doing behaviors that affect classroom discipline and improve day by day.

Clarify the rules and requirements of the discipline, and remind them frequently. The math class has the rules of the math class, and the English class has the requirements of the English class, "first make a decision, then do not mess up". Otherwise, there is disorder.

Moreover, the requirements and rules should not be changed overnight, and should be regularly strengthened and reminded to allow students to form habits.

In teaching, we should "have more than enough heart and enough strength". "Having more than enough" means that in addition to teaching, we should not focus on only one part of the classroom and ignore other elements of the classroom system, especially the students' responses. The premise of being "more than satisfied" is to prepare well for class.

"Strength" emphasizes that teachers should have sufficient control, influence and management persistence over students, and should not be tight and loose.

Don't be stingy with words of love, affection, expectation and appreciation, and strengthen positive guidance. If you want to praise it, say it and write it down, and if you have expectations, bring it up and pass it over. Students want to be cared for, liked and praised, and we should not be stingy with our praise language, warm applause, appreciative eyes and expectant gaze for students.

Second, teachers should have a certain degree of prestige. And the establishment of this prestige includes both the knowledge and character of the teacher himself. In terms of knowledge literacy, as a teacher who teaches students knowledge, it is necessary to read poetry and books to the fullest, and only when the teacher himself has enough knowledge can he convince the students; In terms of personality traits, as a teacher, to establish prestige, then must be placed in front of students with a mature attitude, if they are the same as children, over time prestige will slowly be lost, of course, this does not mean a blind parental system, as our teachers need to take a good measure.
