There are the following points: 1. The person responsible for fire safety of Article 6 shall perform the following fire safety duties:

1) Implement fire regulations, ensure that the fire safety of the unit complies with the regulations, and grasp the fire safety situation of the unit;

2) Coordinate the fire protection work with the production, scientific research, operation, management and other activities of the unit, and approve the implementation of the annual fire protection work plan;

3) Provide necessary funds and organizational guarantees for the fire safety of the unit;

4) Determine the responsibility for fire safety at each level, approve the implementation of the fire safety system and the operating procedures for ensuring fire safety;

5) Organize fire prevention inspections, supervise the implementation of fire hazard rectification, and deal with major problems involving fire safety in a timely manner;

6) Establish a full-time fire brigade and a volunteer fire brigade in accordance with the provisions of the fire protection regulations;

7) Organize the formulation of fire extinguishing and emergency evacuation plans in line with the actual situation of the unit, and implement drills.

2. Article 7 The unit may determine the fire safety manager of the unit as needed. The fire safety manager is responsible for the fire safety responsibility of the unit, and implements and organizes the implementation of the following fire safety management work:

1) Formulate an annual fire protection work plan and organize the implementation of daily fire safety management;

2) Organize the formulation of fire safety systems and operating procedures to ensure fire safety, and inspect and supervise their implementation;

3) Formulate a plan for the financial investment and organizational guarantee of fire safety work;

4) Organize and implement fire prevention inspections and fire hazard rectification work;

5) Organize and implement the maintenance of fire protection facilities, fire extinguishing equipment and fire safety signs of the unit to ensure that they are intact and effective, and to ensure that evacuation channels and safety exits are unblocked;

6) Organize and manage full-time fire brigades and volunteer fire brigades;

7) Organize and carry out publicity, education and training of fire protection knowledge and skills among employees, and organize the implementation and drill of fire fighting and emergency evacuation plans;

8) Other fire safety management work entrusted by the person responsible for fire safety of the unit.

The fire safety manager shall regularly report the fire safety situation to the person responsible for fire safety, and promptly report major issues related to fire safety. For units that have not determined a fire safety manager, the fire safety management work provided for in the preceding paragraph shall be carried out by the person responsible for fire safety of the unit.

Article 8 When contracting, leasing or entrusting operation and management, the property right unit shall provide buildings that meet the fire safety requirements, and the parties shall clarify the fire safety responsibilities of each party in accordance with the relevant provisions in the contract concluded; Fire truck passages, evacuation facilities involving public fire safety and other building fire protection facilities shall be managed by the property rights unit or the unit entrusted with management. The contracting, leasing or entrusted operation and management units shall comply with these provisions and perform fire safety duties within the scope of their use and management.

Article 9 For buildings with two or more property rights units and user units, each property rights unit and user unit shall clarify the management responsibilities for the fire truck passages, evacuation facilities involving public fire safety and other building fire protection facilities, and may entrust unified management.

Article 5 of the "Regulations on Fire Safety Management of Organs, Groups, Enterprises and Institutions" provides that units shall implement the step-by-step fire safety responsibility system and the post fire safety responsibility system, clarify the fire safety responsibilities of each level and post, and determine the fire safety responsibilities at all levels and posts.

In order to strengthen and standardize the fire safety management of organs, groups, enterprises and institutions, prevent fires and reduce fire hazards, in accordance with the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the fire safety management regulations of organs, groups and institutions have been formulated.

The provisions on fire safety management of organs, organizations and institutions shall apply to the fire safety management of organs, groups, enterprises and institutions within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

The fire safety management regulations of organs, organizations and institutions implement the fire protection policy of giving priority to prevention and combining prevention and elimination, perform fire safety duties, and ensure fire safety.

Article 6 The people at all levels shall organize and carry out regular fire protection publicity and education to improve citizens' awareness of fire safety.

Article 7 The State encourages and supports scientific research and technological innovation in fire protection, and promotes the use of advanced fire protection and emergency rescue technology and equipment; Encourage and support social forces to carry out fire protection public welfare activities.

Units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to fire protection work shall be commended and rewarded in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.
