There are many ways to turn in swimming, and different postures have different turning methods and requirements. If it is divided according to the action image, it can be summarized into three categories: horizontal rotation type, swing type and rolling type.
Horizontal rotation, including backstroke, crawling, breaststroke horizontal rotation. In this type of turn, the body rotates around the anterior-posterior axis. The movements are relatively simple and easy to learn, but the turning speed is slower.
Swing turns, including swing turns for crawl swings, breaststrokes, and butterfly strokes. The body rotates around the longitudinal axis and the anterior-posterior axis in the crawling swing turn, while the body rotates around the horizontal and longitudinal axes in the breaststroke and butterfly swing turn. After turning, the head and arms swing in the direction of rotation through the water, and when the mouth is out of the water, inhale at the same time.
Therefore, it is more labor-saving and is a basic turning method.
Roll turns, including pre-crawl roll turns, backstroke half-roll turns, and side rolls in various positions. This kind of turning body rotates around the horizontal axis, the longitudinal axis or back and forth, and the turning speed is relatively fast. In particular, rolling and flipping before climbing and swimming, without touching the pool wall, the turning speed is the fastest, but the movement is more complex and difficult to learn.
Regardless of the swimming style, the way of turning, the turning technique should meet three basic requirements:
1 Swimming near the pool wall should not be slowed down, and it should be turned fast.
2 The body posture after the turning action should be conducive to kicking the wall.
3. It is conducive to the articulation of swimming movements.
When turning, the athlete's swimming direction should be changed by 180°, and the body should be flipped around a single wheel or double axis. To complete this rotation, it is necessary to change the linear velocity to the rotational velocity by acting on a strong moment and a coupling. The generation of torque when turning is first caused by the inertia of the forward movement of the body's center of gravity and the fact that the support point is not in a straight line when the hand touches the wall.
For example, before the breaststroke turns and touches the wall, the center of gravity of the athlete's body is generally about 30 cm below the surface of the water (depending on the athlete's size and technique). The hand touch wall point is generally close to or on the surface of the water. In this way, the inertia of the body's center of gravity forwards creates a torch that rotates the body around the horizontal axis.
When turning around in the backstroke, the hand touching the wall should be on the opposite side of the midline of the body, so that the inertia of the body's center of gravity will also form a moment that causes the body to rotate around the anterior-posterior axis.

I didn't understand what you were asking.

In fact, in many tests or exams, wearing nose clips for swimming is not recognized and allowed, and you are not good at controlling your nose After wearing nose clips, because you choose to avoid the problems you should overcome at the moment, you have no worries for the time being, of course, you swim smoothly, but those are all illusions! It is possible to practice without nose clips, but only without nose clips is king.
It is better not to develop a dependence on nose clips, and not to use them.
-
Freestyle is not like breaststroke, if the arm is not well enough to enter the water when ventilating, it is easy to hit the water, and the nose is easy to enter the water.
-
You're a beginner, and the general master is to inhale through the nose and mouthpiece.
-
You must get rid of nasal congestion, otherwise it will be difficult to practice real skills.
-
When I rolled over, I was afraid of water in my nose, so I kept exhaling through my nose until I fouled. Detail.
-
I didn't breathe with the last stroke before I turned around, and when I turned around, my nose was meant to be filled with water, I consciously clamped the nose, and it was okay to exhale a little bit with my nose after turning over and kicking out, I couldn't exhale so early, there was so much exercise after kicking the wall, and it would be troublesome to rush out of the water for ventilation.
I'm not a professional athlete, so my personal experience is for reference.
-
Don't use a clip, just practice more and form a habit, you will accidentally fall in the Yangtze River in the future, go to ** to find a clip.
-
This technique needs to be learned, when rolling the face up, the nose exhalation is "micro" uninterrupted, beginners are easy to make the mistake of exhaling too much nose, remember when I started to learn, I was ruthless and not afraid of choking water, and then to learn to master the exhalation speed of the nose, to minimize oxygen consumption as the principle to explore, in the process of learning accidentally micro water inlet there is, as long as the mind is calm, as long as a short amount of strong nose exhalation when the micro amount of water intake, you can squeeze out the water again, After many exercises, it can be easily mastered, and finally friendly advice, it is better not to rely on nose clips.
The above answers hope to help you.
-
As long as you exhale slowly through your nose while rolling, your nose won't be uncomfortable
-
Take a deep breath before turning around;
After you start to roll over, you can exhale continuously and slowly through your nose.
-
Learn not to take a breath when you roll, so you won't.
-
It's a very simple freestyle ventilation and coordination learning process.
-
OK!! It is recommended that you practice in deep water, as it is easier to roll in deep water, but be safe!
-
It is best not to use a nose clip, as it will be difficult to breathe, inhale directly on the surface of the water and roll over.
-
You'd better try to get the gas out of your stomach through your nose at the moment of turning, and it will be uncomfortable with a nose clip;
-
I suggest that you practice with the waterline first, without a nose clip, and keep exhaling when flipping! After practicing, follow your method, be sure to measure the distance first.
Be careful not to get cut by the waterline!!
-
There are a few points to be said about your approach,1. If the distance is too close, you will only be familiar with how to turn over at best, but the extremely important distance in the tumbling and turning is not very helpful, because you are too close, and you will have to face the turn before the speed is raised, which is especially disadvantageous in learning.
It is recommended that you keep practicing rolling back and forth on both sides of the 25-meter pool, and in just 25 meters minus the wall sliding, in fact, there is not much left, and you can not only practice rolling and turning at a normal swimming speed, but also learn to "master the best distance" during the practice.
2。Wearing a nose clip is a very bad thing, in fact, keep the nose to exhale a little while rolling, you can squeeze out the water in the nasal cavity, to avoid choking the effect, wearing a nose clip swimming skills are not real swimming skills, so it is best to discard the nose clip before developing over-dependence.
-
Yes, you can, but the speed of the somersault should be fast, and if it is slow, it will enter the water.
-
Nose clips and earplugs are not recommended for learning to swim, except for medical and other reasons.
Learn to roll and turn first from the exercises:
Roll forward at the bottom of the pool: Prepare to stand upright or tread water with your hands straight in front of your body parallel to the water. Inhale deeply, gently kick the bottom of the pool with both feet, lean forward and bow your head, bend your knees and fold your legs at the same time, stroke horizontally outward and backward with your hands, slowly blow out your nose when you turn your head down, and pour water from bottom to top with your hands in front of your body parallel to the water surface when your feet are down, and raise your head to return to the ready position after stepping on the ground.
Then you can do the same rolling and kicking the pool wall exercise at the edge of the pool (the distance of about 20 cm is appropriate) (do not do the practice of kicking the longitudinal axis of the body first).
Other methods can be explored and imitated in this way. If you don't understand something, contact me to communicate and learn from each other.
This method is based on my own training experience, if there is any similarity, it is purely coincidental).

Practice the roll turn of the freestyle:
1.The T-shaped head at the bottom of the pool at the end of the pool is 2 meters away from the pool wall, which must be known and mastered when specifying data.
2.It is okay to practice rolling over and turning, and to practice wearing nose clips; If you don't wear a nose clip, you can exhale slightly through your nose while rolling.
3.There are 2 ways to roll and turn:
2) Supine pose: When you turn your legs out of the water, your body does not need to turn around, and you will naturally fall on the pool wall, with your feet roughly on the same level plane, and then turn around to lie on your stomach after kicking off the pool wall.
4.The distance of rolling and turning is determined according to one's height and swimming speed. The height is in meters, and the distance of the general roll and turn is in the range. The distance below the meter of the general tumbling turn is in the range.
5.The basic movement of a tumbling turn is a forward roll on land. Exercises can be done on the waterline of the pool, followed by the pool wall exercises.
-
Enduo practice experience comes out.
-
Can I ask you how familiar you are with freestyle now???
-
During the tumbling process, you need to exhale through your nose, so that you will not get water into your nose.
Otherwise, it will definitely get into the water.
-
I can swim freestyle, but what should I do if my nose gets water when I am ventilating? Question addendum: I exhale through my nose. Inhale from the mouth·· But still,. My dad is a swimming coach, and sometimes I help teach people who are just learning to swim...
-
First, learn to exhale as you enter the breaststroke. Direct freestyle exhalation is more difficult. It's very incongruous.
-
Generally, it is an athlete who rolls over.,Amateurs may also have it.,But rarely.,If he turns very simply, it's basically an athlete.。。 This tumble doesn't require a nose clip!
-
This thing... Just practice on your own. Be careful to exhale slowly through your nose as you turn around. Otherwise, I will really choke on water. Then you see the T-shaped black line at the bottom of the pool. Just turn around right there. Kick the wall.
-
There should be some, it doesn't seem to be very difficult, and mastering the rhythm and distance to the edge should be the most important.
-
Generally in the swimming pool to learn useful will be. If you are self-taught, it is difficult to say.
-
Actually, it's very easy to roll, I will, because I practice swimming every day.
-
It's a very professional turn, about 10 percent.
-
Well, in fact, as long as you are an athlete, you can't do it without professional training...
-
This one is relatively simple, just know how to exhale and turn.
-
...None of us in my class would.
-
Except for diving, don't hold your breath the whole time you swim. When kicking the wall and turning, the nose needs to exhale faster.
-
If you haven't mastered your breathing, it's good to practice more. If you are afraid of choking on water, you can also wear a nose clip.
-
Ha! Go and practice! Spot check after a month! If you have any questions, hurry up and ask!
-
I always choked on the water when I was doing the freestyle pre-roll, and I didn't want to do the movement with a nose clip. I can advise you to inhale well before rolling, and keep your nose in a small amount of air during the roll, for the rhythm, of course.
-
Hold your breath, even if water enters your nose, you won't choke, and when you turn around and change to a normal swimming style, the water will naturally flow out of your nasal cavity.
Or when you turn over, you can exhale slightly outward through your nose so that water does not enter your nasal passages.
-
With a nose clip, if you are uncomfortable, you can try to turn around quickly, and the air screen is better.
-
With a nose clip, I'm not used to it at first, but it's good slowly!

First of all, you must practice floating.
To learn freestyle well, you must first master the essentials of freestyle, this can be searched on the Internet ** tutorial, the tutorial is particularly good, after entering the water, you can experience more ventilation skills, observe the good people of freestyle swimming, this must be experienced by yourself, practice slowly, practice for a few hours, I just watched it myself, after observing others swimming, I constantly pondered and experienced, every time I had to think thoroughly before leaving the pool, but at the beginning we must be prepared to endure hardships, do not be discouraged, not all at once can be experienced, The moment of experience was like an empowerment, and it dawned on me that there was a process of practice, and it took me two days to learn freestyle, and it took me a total of six hours in two days. >>>More
From the point of view that it is easy to master, of course, it is better to learn breaststroke. >>>More
