1. There is social anxiety. Left-behind children in rural areas live separately from their parents for a long time, and because they are in a loveless environment, their anxiety levels are higher than those of ordinary children, especially social anxiety. Anxiety has a great impact on children's mental health growth, and long-term anxiety will not only affect the efficiency of work and study.

For children, long-term anxiety will seriously affect their learning status, and long-term anxiety will make children's psychology bear a particularly large psychological burden. Specifically, left-behind children in rural areas often have low self-esteem, lack confidence in themselves, and have a weaker ability to seize opportunities than other children.

2. There is a negative emotional experience. In the process of growing up, left-behind children in rural areas rarely meet their parents, which can easily lead to a lack of children's feelings. When parents are not around when they need their parents' care and love, children will easily feel lonely, which in turn will breed feelings of grievance and sadness.

3. Due to the restrictions on household registration, it is basically impossible for the children of migrant workers to attend schools in the city, and even if there are schools to accept them, it is difficult for their parents to bear the high costs. However, the schools in the cities for the children of migrant workers are basically privately run, and their teaching quality cannot be compared with urban schools or rural schools.
