6. Hit the sandbag with the right uppercut.
Start with a standing stance. Turn your body to the right, shift your weight to your right foot, bend your knees, lower your body, shift your weight to your right foot when you punch, straighten your legs, turn your waist and hit the sandbag diagonally upward.
When boxing, the body should not be crooked to the sides, the fists should be held in front of the chest, and the legs can be slightly pedaled, or one in front and one behind, the front legs are on the ground, and the back legs are supported.
