The examination results are managed on a rolling basis for a cycle of three years, and within three years, all three subjects are passed, and the first-class registered fire engineer qualification certificate can be obtained.
All citizens of the People's Republic of China, abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, and meet one of the following conditions, can apply to participate in the first-class registered fire engineer qualification examination.
1) Obtain a college degree in fire protection engineering, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology; Or obtain a college degree in fire protection engineering or related majors, and have worked for 7 years, including 5 years in fire safety technology.
2) Obtain a bachelor's degree or degree in fire protection engineering, and work for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology; Or obtain a bachelor's degree in fire protection engineering or related majors, and have worked for 5 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology.
3) Obtain a double bachelor's degree or graduate degree including fire protection engineering, and work for 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology; Or obtain a double bachelor's degree or graduate degree in fire protection engineering or related majors, and work for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology.
4) Obtain a master's degree or degree in fire protection engineering, and work for 2 years, including 1 year in fire safety technology; Or obtain a master's degree or degree in fire protection engineering or related majors, and have worked for at least 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology.
5) Obtain a doctorate degree or degree in fire protection engineering, and have been engaged in fire safety technology for one year; Or obtain a doctoral degree or degree in fire protection engineering or related majors, and have been engaged in fire safety technology for at least 2 years.
6) For those who have obtained the corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in other majors, their working years and the working years in fire safety technology shall be increased by 1 year.
7) Those who meet the above application conditions and meet one of the following conditions can be exempted from the subject of "Fire Safety Technical Practice" and only take the examination of the other 2 subjects.
Those who were appointed as senior engineers before December 31 of the year;
2. Those who have obtained the qualification certificate of a first-class registered architect or the qualification certificate of registered engineer of various specialties in the survey and design industry.

Exam Subjects. The qualification examination for Registered Fire Engineer I is conducted in three half-day periods. The examination time for the subjects of "Fire Safety Technical Practice" and "Comprehensive Ability of Fire Safety Technology" is both hours, and the examination time of "Fire Safety Case Analysis" is 3 hours.
There are three subjects in the qualification examination for first-class registered fire engineers: "Fire Safety Technical Practice", "Comprehensive Ability of Fire Protection Technology" and "Fire Safety Case Analysis".
Qualifications. Registration conditions for the qualification examination of first-class registered fire engineer:
1. College degree in fire protection engineering, working for 6 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology; College degree in related majors, working for 7 years, including 5 years in fire safety technology.
2. Bachelor's degree in fire protection engineering, working for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology; Bachelor's degree in related majors, working for 5 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology.
3. Double bachelor's degree including fire protection engineering, working for 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology; Double bachelor's degree including related majors, working for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology.
4. Master's degree in fire protection engineering, working for 2 years, including 1 year in fire safety technology; Master's degree in related majors, working for 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology.
5. Ph.D. degree in fire protection engineering, engaged in fire safety technology for 1 year; Ph.D. degree in related majors, engaged in fire safety technology for more than 2 years.

When taking the test, candidates must bring a black ink pen, a 2B pencil, an eraser, a silent calculator with no text function, and enter the examination room with their valid ID documents and admission tickets. It is strictly forbidden to bring communication tools into the test room seats.
The fire safety case analysis subject will be answered on the special answer sheet, and the online marking will be adopted, and candidates should pay attention to the following matters:
1) Before answering the questions, carefully read the precautions for test takers (the second cover of the test paper) and the instructions for answering (the first page of the special answer sheet);
2) Use the prescribed answering tools to answer;
3) Answer questions in the area delineated by the special answer sheet.
The organization of the examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination and Examination Work Rules" (Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination No. 2013 No. 2) and the "Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination Examination Center Examination Room Management Rules (Trial)" (Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination No. 5 2013). The handling of examination violations of discipline and regulations shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in the Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (Order No. 12 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).

4. The examination results shall be subject to a rolling management method for a cycle of 3 years, and only those who can obtain the qualification certificate of a registered fire engineer can be obtained by taking the examination of the subjects in 3 consecutive examination years and passing the examination. On August 24, 2015, the Fire Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security issued Document No. 233 of 2015 for the examination of registered fire engineers in the middle of November in the second half of each year.
