I. Formulation of the problem.
Recently, there have been a lot of myopic students in our class, some of them are only one or two, some are three or four, and some even have more than 500 degrees! As only the fifth grade of primary school, how can we have such a high level of reading and so many myopia? So, together with my group, I conducted a survey on the causes and current status of myopia.
II. Investigation Methodology.
1 Seek information about myopia on the Internet.
2. Visit each class to understand the myopia situation of each grade.
3 Understand the causes of myopia through questionnaires.
3. Investigation and data collation.
1. Visit and investigate the number of myopia in each class and the causes of myopia.
We counted the number of myopia in one class selected from each grade level:
Project. Grade.
Class size. Number of people wearing glasses.
Rate of myopia. 1st grade.
Second grade. 3rd grade.
Fourth grade. Fifth grade.
Sixth grade. We've drawn another trend chart:
We also conducted a large-scale questionnaire survey of 100 students with myopia. The questions of the questionnaire are:
1. Have the habit of reading in bed.
2. Whether the eye exercises are serious.
3 Whether to keep a distance from the book.
4 Whether you watch TV for more than half an hour a day.
5 Whether you play the computer for more than half an hour per week.
Here are the results of our investigation:
From the above chart, we find:
1) The number of myopia will gradually increase with the growth of grades, and 2) the age of 10 to 13 is the high incidence area of myopia in primary school students.
3) Myopia is related to reading in bed, doing eye exercises seriously, keeping a distance from books, watching TV for more than half an hour a day and playing with computers for a week, indicating that bad lifestyle habits are the main causes of myopia.
4) Although we do eye exercises every day, the effect is not great, which means that we usually do eye exercises seriously or the acupuncture points are not correct.
2. Online survey results:
We also learned from the internet that there are many disadvantages of myopia.
Low vision, often dry and tired eyes, affecting the quality of study, life and work. Wearing glasses for a long time will lead to inconvenience in life and work.
Moderate to high myopia, which can cause protrusion of the eyeballs and sagging eyelids, affecting appearance.
Admission to higher education, joining the military, civil service examinations, and job search are restricted.
In old age, it is necessary to wear two pairs of glasses because of blindness.
The incidence of cataract and glaucoma in myopia patients is significantly higher than that of normal people.
The main harm is that moderate to high myopia, especially high myopia, is easy to cause vitreous opacity, retinal hemorrhage and detachment and blindness. According to statistics, eye blindness due to myopia has ranked third after cataract and glaucoma. Due to the above-mentioned hazards, it will seriously affect the physical and mental health of the child and affect his lifelong happiness.
IV. Conclusions. Through the above survey, we found that poor living and study habits are the main cause of myopia. Therefore, we believe that for myopia, we should and must carry out active prevention and development, have good living and study habits, do eye exercises seriously, and press the right acupuncture points.

Myopia is a condition in which the eyes cannot see far objects clearly, but they can see near objects clearly. Under the premise of refractive rest, distant objects cannot converge in the retina, and form a focal point in front of the retina, thus causing visual distortion and blurring of distant objects. There are two types of myopia: refractive and axial.
Among them, refractive myopia is the most severe. Refractive myopia can reach more than 600 degrees, that is, high myopia.

The steps for writing an investigative report are as follows:
Research Purpose and Background: First of all, it is necessary to understand the purpose and background of the investigation, such as why we want to investigate myopia, the prevalence and impact of myopia, etc.
Analysis of survey results: Analyze the survey results, including the prevalence of myopia, the impact of age, gender, occupation and other factors on myopia, and the impact of myopia on life and work.
Conclusions and recommendations: Based on the results of the survey, conclusions and recommendations are made, such as strengthening the popularization of eye exercises and reducing the incidence of myopia.
The investigation report should be clear and concise, the data and analysis should be objective and accurate, and the conclusions and recommendations should be actionable and practical.

At present, there is only 1 senior worker and 3 intermediate workers in the maintenance class, and the other maintenance employees are junior workers, so when the early maintenance team was first established, I cooperated with the team leader to spend 2 months on the details and requirements of the maintenance work to conduct targeted training and practice, and consolidate the skills of maintenance employees, such as: AGM, TVM, BOM data backup and recovery.
