Why can t I add a printer, can t open Add Printer ?

1. First, click the start menu in the lower left corner, and a column of menu items pops up;

2. In the pop-up menu item, there is the "Device and Printer" option in the second column of the two columns, click on it;

3. After clicking to enter, the page of adding a printer appears, and you can find the "Add Printer" option at the top, click on it;

4. After clicking to enter, it prompts you to follow what type of printer, select the following item to add network printer and wireless printer;

6. After clicking, continue the installation later, so click the "Next" button in the lower right corner;

7. After clicking, the page prompts that the printer will install the driver, and we continue to click "Next";

8. The page displays "Installing printer......”

9. After the installation is completed, it will prompt whether to share the printer, generally select "Do not share this printer", and then select "Next";

10. After all the steps are completed, the page prompts that the printer has been successfully added, you can choose whether to set the printer as the default printer according to the situation, and click the "Finish" button to complete our settings.

Windows can't turn on Add Printer.

Win7 can't add printers for the following reasons:

1. The printer does not support win7 system;

2. The driver of the printer does not match;

3. The printer service is not enabled.

Solution: 1. Confirm whether the printer supports win7;

3. After the installation is completed, if the fault still cannot be eliminated, click Start - enter in the run box and press the Enter key;

4. Double-click the print spooler;

5. Start type: select automatic, click OK;

6. Restart the computer to take effect.

It can be solved by:1. Open the start of the computer, then find the printer, click on, and find that there is no printer on the computer.

2. Select Mine. On the computer, right-click and select Management, and select Services and Applications in the pop-up dialog box.

3. Click on Services & Applications, then select Services, and select Print Spooler in the Service dialog box. Right-click and select start, and it's time for the printer's service program to start.

4. Then find the printer and fax on the computer, click on it, and select Add Printer on the left, and that's it!
