Monday to Friday:
1.Wake up early in the morning and leave 15 minutes to review the key points of the previous day or memorize a book, because memory is best in the morning, and you can arrange it yourself.
2.Complete your homework as soon as possible after school, and if you don't understand something, you can ask someone immediately. However, the work time should be limited, preferably no more than 2 hours.
3.Then review for an hour (preferably on the same day).
4.Half an hour before bedtime is best used for endorsement. Go to bed before 21:30. You can sleep late on Fridays.
Saturday: It's okay to wake up later (but it's better to go to bed early and wake up early).
Weekend homework is best done in the morning, and if you don't understand, you can circle and ask your tutor.
Prepare a notebook to write down your mistakes, not necessarily copy down the whole question, you can write down which workbook, test paper, question number, and knowledge points of the test. Once a week or write it down in a timely manner. Saturday afternoons don't take too long to sort and sift through.
Before that, you can play with the computer for 1 hour. When you're done, take a break and play the remaining 1 hour on the computer.
Go to bed early on Sunday: Wake up early and exercise for an hour if you can (eat breakfast after exercise).
Read books, especially famous books, and take reading notes if necessary. (1 2 hours).
Play with the computer for an hour.
If you have extra time before lunch, you can do some exercises (homework for tutorial classes, find some on the Internet).
After class in the afternoon, I completed all my homework, and after I finished it, I used the rest of my computer time.
Go to bed before 21:30.

That's it, sleep sleep, study and study, sleep sleep and study.

Suffice it to say that what others are doing is just for reference.
-
Filthy: I eat, study, sleep, and play all day, and have nothing to do.
-
In fact, there is no need to be so nervous when you are in junior high school, the effort in junior high school is more important. Don't make yourself too tired, you'll get tired of learning. Now that you know your weaknesses, you can strengthen them on the weekend.

You can find a tutoring class: After school, let your child go to the tutoring class to do homework, and the teacher will guide you to review.
