Legal basis: Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Household Registration

Article 10 Where a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of his or her household registration, he or the head of the household shall report to the household registration authority for moving out of the household registration before moving out, receive the migration certificate, and cancel the household registration.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the county, city, or municipal district where they habitually reside.

2) Go to the current talent market to apply for the "Certificate of Unmarried, Childless and Unadopted" (fee: 10 yuan Hu state).

3) With this certificate, take the above questionnaire to the neighborhood committee where the current household registration is located, and the neighborhood family planning office to seal and confirm that "unmarried and childless".

3. Go to the police station where your current household registration is located (the party who moved out) to apply for the household registration migration certificate with the permit and the single page of the household registration.

Note: If you entrust another person to handle it, you need to have a Power of Attorney (indicating the ID number, name, etc. of the trustee), and a copy of the identity photos of both parties.

2) File Transfer:

1. Accept the "Business Investigation Letter" issued by the talent agency (generally the talent market near your new company);
