The ntfs command will format drive D in NTFS format. You can convert FAT or FAT32 volumes to NTFS format with this command.

Important Note: Once you convert a drive or partition to NTFS format, you cannot recover it back to FAT or FAT32 format. To return to the FAT or FAT32 format, you must reformat the drive or partition and delete all data, including programs and personal files, from the partition.

If you want to put the file on the D drive, run Convert D: FS:NTFS on the command line, change the D drive to NTFS format, and then you can enlarge the file in 4G.

FAT32 does not support a single file larger than 4G.

1. After the USB flash drive boot disk is made, copy the Windows 10 system image file above 4G, and the system prompts "File too large" dialog box will appear.

2. Go back to this computer interface, right-click on the hard disk properties, and find that the disk format is FAT32 format, and the disk space is much larger than the file size to be copied.
