There are three ways to unbind the BOC counter.

2. You can use personal online banking to complete the unbinding after using BOC e-Ling + mobile phone transaction code or BOC e-shield authentication.
3. You can register online banking.
The valid identity document and the bank card that has been linked to personal online banking (personal mobile banking) can be unbound at any counter of BOC.

1. Open the mobile client of Bank of China and click the "Login" button in the upper left corner of the software window to enter the login page.

Your BOC Mobile Banking can only be bound to one mobile device. If you want to bind other mobile devices, method 1: Directly complete the authentication on the new device through the mobile phone transaction code + the last six digits of the associated card number, BOC e-order + mobile phone transaction code or audio BOC e-shield.

If the ID number used by the customer to sign a contract for mobile banking and online banking is inconsistent (for example, if you sign a contract for mobile banking with an 18-digit ID number or a 15-digit ID number for online banking), the customer cannot unbind it through personal online banking, please use the WAP version of mobile banking or the client to cancel the mobile banking, and then sign a new contract at the outlet.
2. How do I delete my mobile banking transfer records?
