    At present, the biogas digester body materials that can be produced in factories are mainly as follows:

    1. FRP pool body with unsaturated polyester resin, glass fiber cloth and talcum powder as filler;

    2. Inorganic FRP modified with magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, talc and glass fiber cloth and an appropriate amount of modifier is the pool body of magnesium oxide (also called magnesite, inorganic FRP);

    3. The sulfur-aluminum fiber pool body is filled with sulfur-aluminate low-alkali early-strength cement as cementitious material, glass fiber steel fiber polymer sealant, fly ash and stone powder as filler.

    4. Ordinary Portland cement is used as the main cementing material, and the polymer resin is hydrolyzed as a plasticizer, supplemented by a plastic concrete material pool reinforced with polypropylene fiber and steel fiber.

    1. Add a sufficient amount of inoculum.

    Before or after feeding in the new tank, it is necessary to collect the biogas residue, biogas slurry, black sediment at the foot of the manure pit, pond mud, sludge from the urban sewage ditch, sewage sludge from the slaughterhouse, etc., these substances are rich in biogas bacteria, and the number of inoculation should reach 10-30% of the fermentation raw materials, and the inoculum and raw materials should be evenly mixed and added to the tank.

    2. Select appropriate fermentation raw materials.

    In order to ensure that the biogas digester starts and ferments with sufficient and stable fermentation raw materials, it is necessary to select cow manure, pig manure, sheep manure, etc. suitable for organic nutrition as fermentation raw materials before feeding. These raw materials have finer particles, contain more low-molecular compounds, and the ratio of carbon and nitrogen is less than 25:1, which is a suitable carbon-to-nitrogen ratio for fermentation, and the gas production is fast after entering the pool.

    Do not start with chicken manure and human manure alone, these raw materials are easy to acidify in the case of less biogas bacteria, so that the fermentation can not be carried out normally.

    3. The fermentation concentration of the biogas digester should be appropriate when it is first charged.

    The first feeding volume of the biogas digester should be 80% of the volume of the pool, if the raw materials are temporarily insufficient, the one-time feeding can not reach the required feeding amount (most household biogas digesters can not accumulate such sufficient raw materials), then add water more than 15 cm of the inlet and outlet, and close the fermentation room for fermentation. The first feeding concentration is 6%-10%, if the proportion of raw materials and water in the biogas digester is difficult to estimate, it is better to be slightly dilute than too concentrated, otherwise it is easy to acidify.

    What is the difference between a chemical key manure tank and a biogas tank:

    1. The septic tank is a device for processing feces and filtering and sedimentation. The principle is that the solidified material decomposes at the bottom of the pool, and the hydrated base object in the upper layer enters the pipeline and flows away, which prevents the pipeline from being blocked and gives the solidified object (feces and other garbage) sufficient time to hydrolyze. A septic tank refers to a small treatment structure that separates domestic sewage into cells and performs anaerobic digestion of sludge.

    2. The biogas digester is mainly used to produce biogas, and the raw materials used are generally farm fertilizer, straw, manure, etc. Biogas is a gas mixture whose main component is methane, followed by carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), nitrogen and others. In the composition of biogas, the combustible components include methane, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide and heavy hydrocarbons. Taking advantage of the flammability of biogas, biogas can do many things related to combustion.

    For example: instead of gas to cook rice, instead of coal to make electricity, etc.

    The construction method of biogas digester is site selection, preparation of materials, modeling, molding, pouring, and capping.

    1. Site selection. It is better to choose a dry place without underground immersion. The outlet of the toilet and the defecation port of the livestock should be considered as the feed of the digester.

    2. Prepare materials.

    The biogas digester needs to be poured concrete around it, and the wood formwork made is used, and it also needs to be stirred vigorously with a vibrator. These basic materials and tools need to be prepared.

    3. Modeling. Draw a circle with a radius at the selected location. Remove the soil in the middle.

    To be on the safe side, keep the soil away from the circle. The water shouts the depth of the rock fiber pool, the height of the FRP overburden layer, and the floating soil layer. So dig rice deep.

    Plastic jujube film can be placed around the soil wall as needed.

    4. Anmo. A 3m straight rod is set in the center of the excavation pool, one end is inserted into the center, and the other end is fixed with three strings. Then with the rod as the center, the wooden formwork is installed for the radius. Place the inlet and outlet pipes at the same time.

    5. Pouring. After the wooden formwork is installed, check the stability, and then pour the pool wall with concrete. Quickly place the concrete between the formwork and the earthen wall.

    Pay attention to the earthen wall to prevent the clods from falling in, and then use a vibrator to tamp the concrete. Finally, close the lid and pour into the bottom of the pool. In case of groundwater, it should be emptied at any time.

    The hole in the picture is used to drain groundwater.

    6. Cap. Generally, the wooden formwork can be removed and cleaned up after 2 days of pouring on the tank wall. At this time, you can lay a diameter FRP cover plate on the top surface of the pool wall, pour concrete around it, do not move the lid laterally, place 40cm thick concrete around the cover, and then pour the lid and the tank wall together, and finally, pour the bottom of the pool.
